Description of Work: This is not just a houskeeping company. The provide assistance to seniors in need and the price is determined by your income level. They will do wahatever you need help with (light housekeeping, organizing, wahing/styling your hair, cleaning the litter box)

 + -1 moreI did not realize that the people performing the service did not use their own supplies and intended to use what was available at my house. The gentleman that came out to my house was polite, but he was difficult to understand. Since I'm blind, I did not feel comfortable having him in my home. The company called me back and said that they would bill me even though no services were performed, and I told them that I would not pay the bill.
Description of Work: This is a non-profit cleaning service. Lorenz came out to clean my house, but he did not have his own equipment, and thus I did not allow him to start the job.
