+ -1 moreI have found this company to be fine. I pay a low monthly fee for their service. In terms of their monitoring abilities, I am satisfied. I have never experienced a problem with them. I will say that if our power goes out, they call us right away. If I have ever needed to reset my pass code, they are helpful. Now, we did not have them do any hardwiring at our home so they were not responsible for anything of that nature. You could call me satisfied at this point in time. I think they are fine.
Description of Work: Security Equipment monitors the home alarm system in our approximately 7000 square foot home. I pay them a monthly fee for this service.

+ -1 moreWe've used Security to monitor our system every since they installed the equipment seven years ago. When we had a false alarm, they responded instantly. Although they don't check up on our system, we're sure it's working well. We pay quarterly.
