+ -1 moreThe repairman didn't do anything so it was not fixed. Called again right after and next appointment available was August 19th even thought they had already been and didn't fix the problem. On August 19th they called and said the repair man didn't come in and the next appointment they had was August 28!!! The dfshwasher has not worked for almost 3 weeks and they are telling me it will be another 9 days! I would never recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: I have AHS insurance and they sent Sears out.They came out to repair a dishwasher that was giving an error code and would not run.

Description of Work: My Maytag washer didn't work right so after months of negotiating with Sears Customer Solutions they replaced it and told me if I was not happy with it I could replace it with a different brand. I had not wanted an exchange, but this is the only way they would do it. I had to try another Maytag...same exact make. Had the same trouble and now they won't hold true to their word. I would NOT deal with Sears anymore because they did not keep their word to us. Plus the installers damaged the door to the laundry room, and let the water hose to where it had leaked and damaged the floor and drywall behind it. Had to wait months again to get insurance through Sears to pay for it. Hard to set appointment times, can't talk directly with delivers, etc.

+ -1 moreIt was an older man that came out. He did not get up on the roof to look at it or anything. I have a small 1000 square foot house. He told me a new roof would cost $8000. He said he would give me a discount. He then added $500 into the cost of the figures and then he gave me a discount. There was no excuse for what he was trying to pull. His responsiveness was okay. He did get back to me. He came when he said he would.
Description of Work: I got an estimate on a new roof for my 1000 square foot house.
