They are awesome. They are very punctual. They tell you how much the charge is going to be. I knew I needed the wax ring replaced on one of the toilets, so they said well this how much we charge per hour, we estimated it probably going to be maybe an hour less to do that. It ended up being less than an hour, so once he got here I said, I don't want to deal with any of the other toilets just go ahead and replace all the wax rings on all of them while you're here. Because I could tell that he could do this in 30 minutes, so he can do all of them in an hour-and-a-half, so he did that. The second time they replaced the kitchen faucet and also put in a new garbage disposal. I had all the equipment and they just needed to install. It was an hour-and-half. They give you a range and they would finish within that.

They had been out before for the same thing and the guy that came out this time used a little different approach. So far it's hanging in there. They are very good. They come out right away the same day also. We would definitely use them again. He came out quickly, did it quickly and he was pleasant. We had no problems.

Bob is a most professional and courteous employee of Scott's Plumbing Company. He always does a good job and is a pleasure to have him do whatever plumbing work needs to be done. He installed the new Delta faucet and sprayer and they both work well. Because I had just had this company out to fix said leaking faucet on June17th, Bob did not charge the usual $55.00 consultaton fee. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing work that is needed.

That disposal was frozen, and we had no key to try to reset it ourselves. We were unable to get the jammed coin from beneath the blade. Jennifer arrived promptly, quickly fixed the problem, and gave us a key for the disposal. We have used Scott's Plumbing several times, for small jobs as well as to install new toilets shortly after moving into this house. We are about to call them again to install a proper-sized gas pipe for our outdoor grill, and will happily use their services in the future.

The toilet was running, what they call phantom flushing, so I had them replace the insides of the toilet. It was a good experience. They responded quickly, showed up when they said they would, and fixed it. I've had no trouble since. They told me what it cost upfront, so in general I am pretty happy with them.

Well, needless to say, my sink faucet began spewing water when turned on, so I called Scott 's Plumbing as I had good service from them last year. The sink faucet is old and Bob worked quite a while to fix the old one and save me the cost of a new facucet. Bob was able to fix this antique very satisfactorily. In the meantime, Adam took the water pressure of the outside faucets and found it to be satisfactory (55). And he was able to stabilize the back outside faucet which was not broken, but moving around in its hole because the piece to which it attached was missing. .Adam also was able to change the hot/cold settings on the bathroom faucet. The next project was replacing the hoses on my washing machine. I had thought I would do this seemingly simple job myself, but as the fellows were already here, I would have them do it. I am so glad I made this decision, because it turned out that of course it wasn't so simple! Because there was some corrosion, Adam really had to work on this project. With Bob's help and advice, Adam did a good job replacing the hoses. Then they had to go Home Depot to get a water filter that would fit my old filter container. When they returned, Adam replaced the water filter. Also, they rechecked the work they had done to see if everything was running smoothly. All in all, I was most pleased with the work that these men did. I would most definitely recommend Scott's Plumbing Company to anyone who needs plumbing work done. And Bob and Adam are gems! I wish all companies that work on our homes were as meticulous and conscientious as Scott's Plumbing.

Bob's showed up when they said they would and fixed a leaking faucet. A replacement faucet was going to be 795 list, but they were able to get an internal part from Locke and fix it that day without replacing it. She spent about three hours at our house getting the faucet apart and back together. She was friendly and very professional. After some bad plumbing experiences in the past, it will be Scott's from now on.

Bob was very professional, tidy and knowledgeable.

It went well the first day I thought all was good until I had to do laundry and I realized they had cut the water going to my washer so the next day I called them and explained my situation and I have to have a washer machine, they came out the next day and I'm happy, thanks Scott's you saved the day.

My water Pressure Reducer Valve was failing and had began to leak a bit. Called Scott's Plumbing and had them there the next day. They replaced the valve and checked my water pressure. Very clean, efficient and professional. My only complaint was that they charge in 15 minute increments and I felt that they went over by 15 minutes because the time was close. Other than that I would definitely recommend them.

Awesome service. Re installed toilet and quickly. Looked at outside faucet and told me it was wrong type for outside use. Did not try to sell me but did tell me procedure for changing. Did fix this from leaking quickly. I would definitely refer.

Overall I am very happy with Scott's plumbing.

Ben K. And Adam H. Showed up around 2 pm and were professional, yet personable. Originally I don't think it should have taken as long as it did to complete the project. However, I understand that the existing faucet was extremely hard to remove and additional parts were necessary to install the faucet I had pre-purchased. I am very satisfied overall with the service, professionalism and pricing.

I can not complain about the service it was just very pricey. They were here for a long time. I am not sure what is reasonable for the time to do the work. I did not expect it to cost as much as it did.

Although I couldn't be told whether the repair person would be coming that day or the next, I was impressed that she arrived the same day less than 3 hours after I'd called, and she completed the repairs in 2 hours. The work was more thorough than it had been when I'd hired someone else for the same job 2 years before.

We have had a very loud pop when cold water is turned on. We had replaced the water heater from a recommendation from another plumber, but it did not stop the popping. Another plumber was called and did not know what the problem was. The plumber from Scotts identified the problem right away from the symptoms described to him and he fixed the problem within an hour with a replacement part. It has been a week and we have not heard the popping anymore. Very professional and nice person and a great help to us.

The tenants from a rental called me on a Saturday evening to say that their toilet. in a new bathroom addition. was backing up into the house, causing an awful smell throughout the home. I called several plumbers; Scott's was the only one willing to come out on a Saturday evening. They remedied the backflow caused by inproper plumbing from the contractor, and they re-plumbed the bathroom addition so it would work properly for the tenants on the next day (Sunday). Afterward, the lady in billing was very pleasant and patient, as I had to resolve the payment issues with the aforementioned contractor. I am VERY pleased with this company!

Overalll, we were quite satisfied with the work. The repair man arrived right on time, accompanied by a trainee. They worked quickly, were both polite and congenial. Will continue to call them the next time.

I called about 2PM on New Years Eve. The job was completed by 3:30PM.
