I would give them a good rating, because they were good. I had them for 2 days and 2 plumbers came out each time. They were reputable. Their price was fair as well.

They're very professional. They came on time. I thought the price seemed fair.

Service was excellent! Two people worked on it. There was more damage than anticipated. Explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and never complained about the mud and dirt! Then several months after service, their office noticed an error in my bill which resulted in my having overpaid. I was notified about this with a check in the mail as a refund for the overcharge! Very nice!

Found a big wet spot on the ceiling below the master bathroom. Called Scott's Plumbing as they had great reviews already on Angie's List. They had someone on the next morning to take a look at it. Reason for the wet spot was quickly found, and a very cosmetically appealing solution was quickly determined and done. In 1 hour the job was done and there has been no wet spots since then.

My husband and I are very pleased with Scott's and plan to keep using them for our plumbing projects when they arise. They arrived when they said they would. They were professional, clean, explained our options to repair or replace parts and their recommendations to do things the right way were very much appreciated. As homeowners, we can trust them to tell us the truth and deal with us fairly--that's the bottom line for us. Another good thing, they were more reasonable in pricing than our previous plumbing company and did not look for things that weren't broken to suggest we fix to pad their bill.

THANKS SCOTT! I really do appreciate the help. I had a semi-emergency. I bought an older condominium unit. It needed a lot of plumbing repairs. I had given a 60 day notice to my previous landlord. The 60 days had expired. My mother, who is in her 80's, was having bladder control issues. She needs to stay with me during the days. I called Scott and told him that I was in a bind. Scott had two plumbers here the very next morning. The following is a summary: 1). They arrived early, before the 8:00 am appointment time. 2). They were knowledgeable, professional, and had good manners. 3). They went right to work. One plumber worked on the bathroom. One plumber worked on the kitchen. 4). They only took 30 minutes for lunch. 5). They worked steady. Other than for lunch I don't think they even took a break. 6). They were finished before the day was complete. The installations and repairs have been done so well I probably am not going to need a plumber for a while. I would give Scott's Plumbing A+ ratings if Angie's List provided A+ ratings. I am happy to refer Scott's Plumbing to my family and friends. Thanks again Scott!

We just moved to Knoxville and the toilet did not flush properly. We called Scott's, who sent a man over the next day to do the assessment: he cleaned out the drain leading from the house to the septic tank. They were prompt and efficient.

Did a great job with the plumbing under the kitchen. The toilet continued to run after they said it was fixed. I had to call them back but they came out a second time and fixed it and we have not had any problems since. Even though we had a problem, I am very impressed with this company and their employees. They are very friendly and easy to work with.

When we first called Scott's about the whistling the plumber worked to get rid of the loud whistling noise and called Rubinet Co. from our home looking for the replacement part for our 9 year old kitchen faucet. He was told that the internal mechanism had been changed and the part was no longer available. He received a text reply from Rubinet as to how we were to proceed and forwarded it to us. I then went to the Modern Supply to order a new one as directed by Rubinet. Six weeks later, Jennifer, the Scott's Plumbing service person arrived to put in our new faucet. She did an exceptional job. Making sure that it was installed perfectly and everything was just as I wanted it, She was neat and clean and informative. We packed up the old faucet for return. The $300 represents both service calls.

The lady plumber arrived on time and finished the job quickly and quietly. A very pleasant person and does professional work. Will use her again.

During that very cold spell in Jan. my Jacuzzi tub faucet turned on at 10:00 PM and would not turn off and the tub would not drain. After a bit on confusion we turned off the water and started calling plumbers off of Angie's List. Needless to say either they were closed or booked and couldn't fit us in for 4 days. Scott's Plumbing's owner answered the phone at 11:15 PM advised me to place a space heater near the tub and they would be out the next day to check it out. I wasn't even a customer and he provided excellent service even though he had been working 15 hrs.. Next day Jennifer came to my house and repair a broke seat in the faucet (still not sure what that is) and explained that it cracked because my pipes had frozen and the water wouldn't drain because the trap was frozen. Long story short if I had not placed the space heater by the tub the pipes would have eventually burst and cost me thousands instead of $85. Thank you so much Scott's Plumbing

THEIR FIRST VISIT WAS IN OCTOBER AND THEY INSTALLED A VALVE INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE CAP WE HAD ON ORIGINALLY. WITHIN 2 MONTHS THE VALVE HAD BUSTED DUE TO THE EXTREMELY COLD WEATHER. THEY CAME BACK AND REPLACED IT WITH A CAP AND SO FAR IT IS HOLDING. THE TWO GUYS AND THE LADY WERE WERE VERY PLEASANT,PROMPT AND TIMELY. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN!
