Description of Work: This is the second time we have used Scott's, and Anthony Kennedy in particular. We asked for him. He did an excellent job for a very reasonable cost.

Description of Work: Got a few quotes to replace a faulty house water pressure regulator. Scott's was thorough, quick, well priced, and the most professional I talked to.

Description of Work: I don't remember the date. The first time they came out those two men were wonderful. The last two were horrible. I had an underground leak and told them were it was. They sat out there for hours smoking, my daughter saw them as she passed by a couple of times. Then they removed a panel under my trailer without permission and broke another when the leak was 200ft away by the road. When they called me outside they said I had to pay a specialist $300 to find the leak and they had to come back and get out the heavy equipment to dig the embankment. I told them there were no pipes at the bottom, only about a foot down from the top. All they needed was a shovel. They said they had to come back. I called and no one called me back and this was already leaking for days. They had me sign so I would pay the $65 call out fee so they would get paid. Several days had passed and I just got someone else to do the work. When they got around to calling me back I told them to cancel the request. Later I get a bill for $145 for repairing the leak and installing a hydrant of which they did nothing. When I called the office they said $65 to come out and $80 an hour. They were there 5 hours and only charged me for 1. I told them they did no work - only argue about all the stuff they couldn't do and that I needed specialist and heavy equipment. She argued with me that they came-and I said they didn't do anything. I have the bill from the other plumber I called to prove it. I ended up paying them to get rid of them but I am not happy about it and will never use them again.

Description of Work: Capped existing water line feeds and drain from an old wet bar that was removed. | |Went fine. They initial repair wasn't quite done as a small leak developed the next day but they were responsive and returned quickly to take care of the issue. | |Highly recommend and I will use them again.

Description of Work: They came out on a Sunday because they deemed my case to be an emergency. They were pleasant, professional, friendly, helpful, curtious, and most importantly fixed the problem at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: I broke the standpipe in one of my toilets. The plumber replaced the standpipe and the gasket around the tank outflow. She did the work very professionally, wore booties to keep from soiling the floor, and was very pleasant. I would recommend them for sure.
