Great customer service! A leak in my bathroom appeared to be from a leaking kitchen faucet/sprayer on the opposite side of the bathroom wall. Scott's Plumbing repaired the leaking faucet. However, water reappeared in my bathroom the next day. When I called back, the plumbers returned promptly and isolated and repaired a leaking seal. The plumbers were customer focused, hard-working, and professional. I highly recommend Scott's Plumbing and will definitely be a repeat customer!

The serviceman was prompt, pleasant and very helpful. Answered questions about other plumbing projects I might have done in the future.

Two servicemen came on time to my home. I explained both issues to the lead plumber. I do not believe the other serviceman was a plumber. Anyway, we went to the laundryroom where I showed them where the issue was. I left and in 2 minutes they returned. All they had done was tighten the packing nut on the hot water faucet. I was happy that the solution was quickly done and easily. Then I showed them the upstairs toilet. In a few minutes, the lead serviceman explained that there was no problem with the flush and demonstrated that it was working fine. I explained that the problem did not happen all of the time, so he wadded up tissue paper and demonstrated that the toilet was working perfectly again. Seemly to impress me, he stuck his hand into the toilet, felt around and said he felt no obstruction. He had his helper go and get a plastic ring to stop the leak. While he prepared the bill, his helper replaced the ring and "adjusted" the amount of water coming into the tank. This toilet was used once that evening and everything seemed fine until the next morning. The next morning the toilet would not flush. When I took the lid off the bowl there was no water in the tank. I jiggled the handle on the tank and the water filled. I flushed again and the tank did not fill. I looked inside the tank and determined that the flush mechanism had been turned to prevent the water from re-filling after the flush. I turned it so the mechanism would not obstruct the handle. By mid-morning the tank did not flush as it had before. The intermittent problem still existed. I will have to find another plumber to look into the toilet problem again. As far as the money, I graded poorly for several reasons. 1) I told the lead serviceman that I had an Angie's List coupon. When it came time for the bill, he said he was going to have to charge me full service fee because I had a coupon. (I was already suspicious about this coupon since the company's bio said they want to know "before" about the coupon.) 2) The labor was double because two servicemen were sent out. The labor was charged at full price for a non-plumber helper, AND in my opinion, it does not or SHOULD NOT take two men to tighten a nut, replace a plastic seal, and tell me that there was nothing wrong with my toilet when I knew better. While the faucet is working and the leaking has stopped, the flushing problem is still intermittent. I believe I was overcharged on the labor for the service I got, and definitely, overcharged again for a non-plumbing professional who I believe turned my flushing mechanism and obstructed my tank from filling. One more issue with me was the company's inability to tell me when my service call was, morning or afternoon. I was, however, able to receive a 30 minute "heads up" but it could have been either am or pm. This is a lack of convenience for the company's customers, especially given that most service companies can give a rough idea. It made me feel that my problems were so small that they would fit me in where they could depending on larger jobs. Some folks may not be as picky as I am. Some may expect less, but I know that the toilet isn't working right, and Scott's should have been more responsive.

I had found water on the floor of our basement and assumed it was from a faulty joint in the water line. This was found just as I was leaving for the airport to go on a business trip. My wife called Scotts and scheduled for them to come out after I returned home. The leak, of course, prompted the call, but we also had a couple of other issues that needed attention. I could probably have done most of the work myself, but travel extensively and really don't care to do a lot of 'honey-dos' when I am home. The plumber called while in route and arrived on time. He quickly realized the leak was from the ice maker and not related to any of the water lines. That was a pretty easy fix. He then made the repairs to the toilet and sinks. He discovered that the water valves needed to be replaced and recommended that I call the manufacturer because he suspected that it might still be under warranty. I called them and he was correct...they are still under warranty. He told me that he thought those valves might cost as much as $50 each and didn't want to go buy them and charge us for the parts if there was another option. Because he was correct...and because he didn't just go order the parts and charge us for them, he likely saved us at least $100. The valves aren't in stock locally, so they are being ordered. He showed me how to make the replacements myself, so that will save probably close to another $100 that I would have had to pay in another trip charge and labor. He was friendly, polite and professional. I couldn't ask for anything more!

The service tech was right on time. He was friendly and professional and got to work right away. We have an old house so he had to cut through iron pipes to fit the new fixtures. It took just over three hours and he cleaned up before he left.

Called 3 of the top rated firms on Angies List. Scott was the first to call me back 1 hour after I left a message at 7:30 PM on a 3 day holiday weekend. Impressed overall and would highly recommend.

He diagnosed the problem (water valve shut off), corrected it, and found a toilet that was running. He was very professional and friendly.

Scott's told me the approximate cost on the phone & they were very close. The plumber was right on time, and finished the job in about a half hour. He was very polite and professional.

2 guys showed up ten minutes early, examined the area, told me what they thought the problem was (a bad ring or gasket). They performed the work in less than one hour, cleaned up and left. They were very professional, nice and well dressed.

I would recommend these good plumbers. They are very experienced and customer focused. They are very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. They cleaned up as best they could. I was really happy with their work.

They came out minutes after we called them just like they were three doors down. They repaired the sink quickly and they left without charging us. We signed the invoice and they just sent the bill in the mail, which was nice for us.

They did a very good job on the promptness of the repair. They came immediately after we called them. I thought the drains were just clogged up, but the guy told us what was wrong and how much it was going to cost. The price was reasonable and the service was great.
