perfect job. could not be happier with the technician and the service

It went very well from start (initial phone call to request service) to finish (paying the bill). Ben was courteous and informative, worked quickly and efficiently, and had the necessary parts and equipment. There was absolutely no clean up necessary afterwards and the repair was warranted for one year. I was also quite satisfied with the cost for the repairs. I found Scott's Plumbing on Angie's List and picked them because of the high number of excellent reports (although some were about jobs that were not pertinent to my situation). They very definitely lived up to their ratings and I would recommend them highly.

They were very good. They were recommended to us by somebody. They did a good job. They did all the bathrooms and did an excellent plumbing work. It took a couple of months for them to do the job as there was basically one person that practically did everything and he got a helper sometimes. He did quite a bit of work. Their price was very reasonable although we don't remember the exact price that we paid. We liked the fact that he was able to do everything. They are a big company that does a lot of work for a lot of people. They re-routed the plumbing in the bathroom and re-routed the electricity in the bathroom. They adjusted the color of the paint that we used and installed all the fixtures. It was a really good experience. We have not had any difficulties or anything with the work. We probably will use them again in the future.

They did a great job! Showed up when they said they would. The technician was professional and explained what needed to be done and why. He even told me what I shouldn't do, when I thought we might need something else replaced. He saved me money! I would definitely used Scott's Plumbing again as I trust their expertise.

This replacement turned out to be more involved than estimated or expected because the faucet assembly was frozen and it took a long time to remove the unit. The serviceman had to go out and purchase some additional parts to complete the job. The job was not easy but it was done correctly and i was thankfull that I have not had future problems. The original estimate with the coupon discount was $200.00 but I was charged $240.00. The job was somewhat underestimated.

Essentially the company removed and flushed a drain hose from my dishwasher, and ran the dishwasher a few times. I was called by the very friendly technician on the day of service, and was told that all she had to do was remove and flush the hose (using the outdoor hose spigot), removing whatever sludge was in there, and that this completely fixed the problem. The technician never mentioned the hours spent on the procedure, or the hourly rate for the work. I was initially very pleased as it seemed they had found a simple (and inexpensive) fix to my problem. Allegedly this procedure took 3.5 hours, for which I was billed hourly. I was out of state, and had no way to verify that the procedure actually was one that would require 3.5 hours of professional time - that being said, the removal and flushing of a single drain hose does not seem like a 3.5 hour job. I also found it a bit odd to be charged both the hourly fee for the plumber AND a $55 "service charge" simply for coming out to the house. You think the one would exist until the hourly charges overtook it. I believe that the technician may have had to stay to see whether the dishwasher completed the cycle, but it seems a bit disingenuous to charge professional time for just watching to see if something works. I will say that I could have asked more questions, and inquired as to exactly how high the bill was going to be. I do feel that it seemed like such a simple fix on the phone (flushing a single hose) to have a cost of almost as much as the item itself (a dishwasher). Next time I will be much more careful in asking about prices for something that i probably could have done myself, and perhaps won't mention that I live outside the state and really can't confirm or deny whatever work occurred or didn't occur and how long it took.

I have used Scott's three times over the last three months during our remodeling. They replaced our kitchen, two guest baths and our master bath faucets. They were very informative while they worked and helped me prepare for the next time I would need them to save time and money. They were always on time and very professional. They are very busy however and it can take several days before they can get anyone out, so they may be iffy if it is an emergency, but for everything else I cannot recommend them enough.

The worker was friendly and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I'd had KUB turn the water off to the whole house because there was water shooting everywhere and the worker even turned it back on for me. A good experience all around.

We've used them three times. We first used them in 2009 to replace our water line to our house. We were pretty satisfied with their work then. We used them another time to fix our leaky toilet. Unfortunately they had to come back again and they were never able to fix it. We have not called them back since then. We thought about calling them to come back and fix it but we haven't. They have come out quickly and on time. There was a little bit of a mix-up with the payment. They sent us a bill and the bill did not come very quickly so we were confused. In the process we had lost the bill in the mail. We paid for it and then the next time we used their service they kind of had a nasty tone in their invoice saying that if we didn't pay, they would take us to the collectors. We thought that was a little bit unprofessional to have done that. We had no problem paying them. It was just some miscommunication or problems with the mail. We think that is the last time we will use them because of their rudeness. We wouldn't use them again because they were not able to fix the leaky toilet and their lack of professionalism.

Very prompt, did a very thorough job and explained how the seals should be and how they were after being installed by flooring people. I would definitely recommend them.

Was experiencing high pressure which is bad for pipes, made toilets run loud and just in general bad for appliances that use water. They came out and assessed the type/size PRV valve and went to get part....came back...installed and cleaned a few traps. Very professional and did not mind my general questions and inquiries through the process.

The plumber showed up on time and called prior to showing up. He was friendly and neat. The call was for a slow draining sink and tub in the bathroom. He immediately began working on those. There were unclogged in about 15-20 minutes. After he took care of the bathroom I mentioned that the faucet in the kitchen was leaking, however we are remodeling the kitchen so unless it is a quick fix I would prefer to just live with it until the new faucet/sink/countertop are installed. Initialy he thought it was a quick cheap fix, however upon further review he noticed that the part that was missing was attached to the faucet and it would not be a quick cheap repair. He informed me that when the kitchen is remodeled to make sure the re-modeler looks at the piping behind the sink to make sure it in good condition. The entire visit lasted 40 minutes. Everything went smoothly and I would used Scotts plumbing again if needed.

Within minutes of their arrival, they found the leak and was able to put a stop on the pipe. Such great work, professional attitudes, and (to be completely honest) reasonable prices.

I have used them twice and they have been excellent. They arrived with the right part. It was a tricky job to fix because they had to work in the crawl space, but they fixed it. Their rates are reasonable. Their prices are very good. They get there the same day. There was a one day delay. One time they had to go get some parts. They did excellent work on both jobs. They seem to have a big enough staff that you can get help right away.

They did a great job on everything. They were there when they said they were coming and they did a professional job. The price was reasonable. They cleaned up well. The guys who came out were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

We came home from a weekend away to find that our garage was full of water and the ceiling was about to cave in related to water damage. Our neighbor had had the water co. turn off the main water so we had no idea where the leak was coming from. I found Scott's Plumbing on Angie's List and because of their high rating, gave them a call. They sent Bob out within just a few hours. He found the leak (from the water heater) immediately and was able to repair it on the spot. I had a coupon from Angie's List, so the cost was minimal. I was VERY impressed with the company, from the front office to the service staff. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. LOVED them! THANKS Scott's Plumbing!!!!

Matthew and Jennifer arrived promptly even on this snowy Monday. They quickly found the problem and fixed it (leaky sink) and tested and re-tested to be sure the new seal was holding. They were polite, professional and pleasant. Would definitely use again. The $25 coupon on Angie's list for service was something I didn't see until after I called - a Bonus, but I would use them anyway!

Furnace condensation collection pan has a gravity drain pipe into the wall. The drain pipe was clogged. Scott brought a trainee with him. Based on the interaction, I could tell he is very knowledgeable and he is very friendly. Did a great job, explained the issue and did not try to up sell me.

Located this recommendation through Angie's List and was very pleased with quick response, professionalism, and low price. I will continue to use Angie's List to get the most recommended business.

Called Scotts Plumbing at 12:30, they were at my house by 1pm and it took 15 mins to fix. The charge (with the first time customer Angie's List coupon) was only 45 dollars. WELL worth it. They were fast and professional (they had shoe booties to cover their street shoes, a HUGH deal to me since I don't allow shoes in my home). I will call Scotts the next time I need a plumber.

He was on time, friendly, professional, and got the job done.

The service was very good. They were easy to schedule and showed up promptly. They did their job in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all my questions and gave more information. They were going to call me to schedule an actual estimate on a recirculation pump but never did. Which was ok, because we decided not to spend the money anyway.

Both plumbers were very efficient and personable. Took time to explain exactly what they were doing. Also felt that they were very fair with their pricing and they showed up when they said they would. I'm extremely pleased with this company and I would definitely use them again in future.
