Property Appraisal
I highly recommend Sara Long. I hired Sara Long for a personal home appraisal when I was a home buyer. This was for an outside opinion as I wanted an appraiser whom I could trust that is different from the Lender's appraiser. This was to ensure I did not overpay for the home. She was able to offer a lower pricing since this was not the appraisal for loan justification, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was nearly as thorough and detailed.

As a Realtor in Knoxville, Sara was often times the appraiser that Country Wide Mortgage, Mortgage Investors or Wells Fargo Bank would assign to complete the appraisal on a home my client was buying or selling. I found her to be a dependable, knowledgable professional that could be counted on to produce a thorough and honest evaluation of any type of residential or investment property.
