Mrs. Shumate came on pretty short notice to help me with a couple of rooms that needed some deep cleaning. She did a really beautiful job. She knew it was a one-time job, yet she took her time on a Saturday to help me out. I would ask her back in a heartbeat.

I called Samantha twice over a period of three weeks and got no return call. There may be a good reason but basic professional courtesy requires a return call, even if only to inform that they can't take on any new clients.

Description of Work: Usually, Samantha is accompanied by her friend, Brandy -- but once came alone when Brandy couldn't make it. Samantha is very dedicated and hard-working, doing a very thorough job of cleaning the upstairs portion of my two-story home. As an older widower with arthritic knees, I find her work to be invaluable to me to help me remain living at home.

Sam is great. She cleans my whole house every other week and does a wonderful job. I love coming home to a clean house! Our kitchen floor is worn out old linoleum (which I hope to replace soon) and she got it so clean that it doesn't look half bad! She pays attention to details, and if there's something extra I want done, I just leave her a note and it's taken care of. Highly recommend her, except - I don't want to share her!

Samantha is AMAZING! Can't say enough wonderful things about her. We trust her with keys, even when we're not home. She looks for more things to do - does windows! Cleans out the refrigerator! Organizes closets! We've used 2 other providers with very lackluster performance - have been so pleased with Samantha - just hope she doesn't get so busy she won't have time for us any more! She's honest, trustworthy, communicative, kind, thoughtful..... she is the real deal.

Fabulous! Samantha is a great communicator - took a "dry run" to look over our house and our needs and provided a list of references. She was on-time and ready to go on her first day. My husband is so impressed that he gave her a house-key on her first visit! We're looking forward to every-other weekly cleaning and I love coming home to my clean house!
