+ -1 moreExcellent - within 2 min of filling out my Angie's list information Ryan called me. He said "I am in the area and can be there within 10 min with parts" which was shocking - I had a prior engagement at 2:00 pm he said he could work around if he needed to. when he got everything apart he found that the piping was not done correctly which was the root cause of the Seal wearing away under the toilet - he went and got more parts to make a more permanent fix. when the issue ran up to my appointment - he said "just call me when you are done and I will come back" Incredibly happy with the service and quick turn around of the repair, and really digging in to do what is correct to resolve the core issue so it wont return in 1-2 years.

+ -1 moreHe did a great job. Very quick response, we had hot water again very quickly. Very professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up after job. We were about to head out of town for the weekend, came home to a busted water heater. Called Ryans that morning, we had hot water before lunchtime.
