Outstanding - crew arrived on-time, very professional, quickly dug up septic tank clean-out access covers and pumped out tank. Job was completed in ~1 hour. Definitely would use these folks again.

Outstanding service! Brent was great and answered all my questions and believe me I had a lot. Wouldn’t hire any other septic service except Rose!! They’re the best!!

Called Rose and was told they would not be able to get to it that day as they had a large commercial job at noon. I asked if there was any way they could help me get it done that day and they said they would check. Called me back promptly and said they could do it just before noon. I was not able to be at the house, so they came by and pumped the tank via a riser. Was able to call the office and pay via phone so the whole event was very convenient for me. My only issue was the price. Seems that most septic clean outs, especially with the convenience of the risers, are around $225. I paid extra to get the new lid and risers installed so my next pumping would be cheaper, but this one was more expensive than the one before, even counting the purchase of the new lid and the risers! If they charged more for a rush job they should have told me that at the time. Service and timing were great, but not sure I can afford this company next time.

Went great. Contacted them on Tuesday late afternoon. They came out the next afternoon and did the job in a professional manner. Matt is a personable guy, friendly and as I said professional with the job. Positive experience, would certainly hire again.

I was very professional with my phone call, as I own and operate two businesses. Purchased a house about an hour from Knoxville and inquired about a septic inspection. The woman who answered the phone gave me a thrice repeated line of "it's too far for us" and said the town was a 2 hour drive. Nope, one hour and 15 minutes from Knoxville is not 2. When asked if they would accept a travel fee to compensate them for the drive (HELLO! Name your price! You have a dedicated potential customer who wants your services and is willing to pay through the nose!?) I got a " Noooo " When asked if they felt confident recommending anyone else who could/would, I got, "Noooo..." Lay off the narcs and the attitude.

Outstanding service. Called on Thursday 9/15/16 and was given a Friday 9/16 before noon arrival time. Friday 9/16/16 received a phone call at 9 am indicating that the crew would be at our home within the hour. At 10 am, the crew arrived, dug up the two septic tank access covers and pumped out the tank. They then replaced the tank covers, markers and sod. Everything was completed by 10:30 am. Cost was $375 for pumping plus $40 for hand digging up the access covers (which I would normally have done myself but could not due to recovery from hip surgery).

Exceptional service from the prompt phone call return, the friendly phone interaction, and the execution of the job. The young man showed up promptly on the day agreed upon, scouted the job, brought the backhoe and the two gentlemen finished the job quickly, and brought me out to inspect the tank and tested it prior to covering it back up. The price was very reasonable, and I will use them in the future, and recommend them to everyone.

Well, a septic tank backing up into your bathtub is about as bad of an experience as I've had as a home owner but it's great to have a company like this to help during a time such as this. Our plumber doesn't do drains and recommended a drain company that was supposed to pump septic tanks as well but their pumping schedule was full for the next month so they recommended Rose when they saw that the tank was likely full and the root cause of the problem. Rose was busy but they still fit me in late in the day within a couple of hours. The lady on the phone was great, very polite and sweet. The guys that came were extremely polite, professional and competent. I had the tank exposed by the time they arrived so they got right to it and were done in a matter of minutes despite the several inches of hard, solid "stuff" on top. We've had septic tanks in the past and never had to pump them regularly since it's just 2 of us and we're careful about what we put down the drain. We've only had this house for 2 years and were assured that it was pumped a couple years before we bought it, apparently "couple" is not the right word as there was a lot of build up but we plan to have Rose come out in a couple of years to pump again and see how things look. They have earned their place as our go-to septic people.

Rose was referred to us by Kington because Kington had a backlog of business. I called Rose's and was told they would call me back when they checked to see if they could dig down to our tank (1 1/2 ft). I was called the next day to confirm they could. Two polite young men came that afternoon, located the tank, dug to the correct depth, and emptied the tank. After completion, they asked us to flush our commodes to make sure the line was clear. Unfortunately, it was not. They told me that roots were clogging the mainline and that they didn't have the equipment to do that. However, they did leave the hole open so that Kington could come back to run a machine in to clear the roots. They also recommended how we could keep roots from clogging the drain. I was pleased with their professionalism and the work they completed.

Excellent service and professionalism by Rose Septic and family owned excavation service. Due to depth of septic tank and the fact that it had not been opened for 35 yrs we needed a backhoe to locate and dig. Mark found the septic tank and dug to the lid. He also realized that the baffle and outgoing pipe was crushed. He dug to the first drain field line and realized that the line was "overused". We dug to the second drain field and that line looked brand new. Guess that it had not been used in a very long time. He repaired the "T" and ran new line to the first and second drain field line. We had committed to having the tank pumped by Power Pumping out of Seymour due to the fact they had probed for the tank on 2 separate occasions without charging. Rose Septic was willing to work with me and completely understood the business agreement we had with Power Pumping to pump the tank. Outstanding business service. Yard was graded to the best of their ability. Also set expectations that the yard would be "torn up" in this area. Completely understood and it is only grass that will grow back. Mark gave instructions as to raking some of the grass clumps out of the dirt and allowing the dirt to settle in area over the tank. Friendly company and was willing to help as quick as possible.

I got an immediate response when I called. Tammy Rose was very polite, friendly and professional. She told me when they would be here and the two-man crew showed up right on time. They dug down about a foot and a half with shovels, cleaned out the tank/pumped it out. It didn't take long at all and they cleaned up the area when they finished. The two young men were extremely polite, professional and appreciative of the business. I would definitely use them again.

We hadn't had our septic tank pumped out for quite a while and it was overdue. When it started showing signs of impending trouble I started looking at reviews on Angies list for companies who performed this service. Rose's had very good reviews so I called them and was told they would be able to come out later that day. This happened on a Friday morning. They actually called back within 30 minutes and said they had had an unexpected opening in their schedule and would be able to come within the hour. He showed up within the agreed upon timeframe and it took him less than an hour to do the job. He was very thorough and was very informative. He recommended we install a riser so we will not have to dig down to the septic next time. We had already had the top of the septic tank uncovered the previous week. We had never heard of a riser but we will definitely look into having one installed. We will be using Roses again and the next time we won't wait until we start to have problems

They were great to deal with! Very friendly and responsive on the phone. Called one morning and had it pumped out that afternoon. The two young men that did the job ( owners' sons) were very respectful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend them!

They were great! Our dog and kids were very curious about all the commotion going on and they let them watch and interacted with them very sweetly. Very nice gentleman. father and twin son team work very well together and are very efficient. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Their service was quick, courteous and complete. As to the quality, well the tank is either empty or it is not. I'm taking their word that it is. I would use Rose again and recommend them.

Very positive experience! We called mid-afternoon on a Saturday,when we realized we had a major problem. We were told they would try to get to us and they did. Very professional company and very friendly, christian people! They knew exactly what to do and left us very pleased! My husband and I highly recommend this company and will know who to call in the future!
