Tim Malicote was just a great guy - he was reasonably priced, and was very knowledgeable and professional. He just did a follow up as some fo the caulking had come loose, and was here promptly to fix it though it might not have been his material that came loose. I will definitely call Tim if the need rises again - c.A.

I contacted Roof Doctor to clean the roof on my 4000 sq. ft. three story home, which has a very steep Gerard metal roof. Tim Mallicote came to my home, measured the roof, and contacted the Gerard company regarding the appropriate cleaning procedures before calling me back with an estimate. The cleaning was scheduled a week later. He arrived when promised, with a lift he rented just to clean my roof, and completed the job promptly. Throughout, he was very professional and kept me informed of the progress and I am very happy with the results.
