Description of Work: My husband owns a branch of a home preservation company and needed at third party mold remediation estimate. He spoke with Reynolds Restoration and they set up a time right away for the estimate. The bank went with another home preservation company but we have also used Reynolds Restoration for mold remediation certification letters on 2 occasions so far. T

Description of Work: My pipes froze and I came home to water spewing out of the ceiling when they thawed and cracked. RR&C was the only company that responded right away and they were at my house in under 24 hours.

Description of Work: Recently bought a house that apparently had leaky pipes in the past which created mold inside the walls of my basement bath/laundry room. I emailed PuroClean and received a call from Tom, the manager, in less than 24 hours. He was able to come over, along with Greg, the next day to give me an estimate for mold remediation. They were friendly, professionaly, and looked at my problem in detail. I received a detailed written estimate very quickly and thought the price was reasonable for the job. I was able to schedule an appointment for a couple days later, even though it was the holiday season. Greg and 2 other gentlemen showed up on time the day of my appointment. They got to work quickly and worked all day. They took special care to tent the area where the mold was so it wouldn't spread. They removed most of the drywall in that room and scrubbed the framing. Removing the drywall left one wall open to the crawl space. They were nice enough to cover that wall with plastic to tide me over until I could replace the drywall. They left the area tented with a special fan running over night. The next day, when I was able to see the room, I thought it looked good. There was one small area that they had scrubbed where I wished they would have removed the drywall instead. I emailed Greg about it and he cheerfully made arrangements to come over the next morning to remove it. They wanted to make sure I was happy with everything and they were very easy to work with. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to friends.

Description of Work: Great experience! These guys know what they are doing! The technicians took care of my home and belongings, they treated my home with RESPECT and really cared about the health and well being of my kids. Everybody that i spoke to at PuroClean was HONEST, and they charged a lot less than other estimates I had received from other companies! They cleaned all the mold in my crawl space, and addressed all the issues with the moisture in my crawl space. As well as cleaned my ducts inside my home.

Description of Work: As a volunteer I manage a mid-size condo complex. I used this company on a emergency basis during a local downpour of heavy rain . I had three units that developed major roof leaks overnight. The homeowners were panicking. I was stressed. I called this company and was fortunate to have them on site within an hour. Since I am not paid for what I do- to get a problem out of my hands into competent hands quickly is invaluable. I had never needed to be involved with this type service before in 40 years of owning homes. They are prompt professional and did what they where hired for to correct my problems. I did not rate price as the service performed is on a emergency basis designed to stop further damage and costly repairs.

Description of Work: They came and did the remediation of the water damage. They had to tear up some sheet rock and some flooring. They also put in some air movers and dehumidifier to dry out the area.

Description of Work: We had a pipe break in the basement of a house we own. We found out about the problem in the morning. When we got to the house, the basement had about 2 inches of water in it. We spoke with the insurance company and then called PuroClean. They showed up in about 40 minutes with 3 men and 2 vans and went to work. They removed all the water with vacuums, pulled up the ruined flooring (and hauled it away), put the furniture on blocks, removed boxes and items out of closets to dry while working in hot conditions all day. They put fans throughout the basement and a dehumidifier to dry everything out. They checked the humidity level over several days until it had sufficiently dried. They took the rugs and had them professionally cleaned. They worked closely with the insurance company to insure our claim was handled quickly and the extent of the damage was communicated.

Description of Work: PuroSystems Inc came and cleaned the water damage due to the storm during April 20th. They did the remediation and prepared for the repairs.
