They were wonderful. Job was completed on time. Follow up service was great. They replaced a window which had a slight imperfection.

This was a warranty repair. There was a tiny bubble in the glass of one wiindow of the fourteen that I have had installed. The service was no hassel and the replacement was perfect. The windows are the best quality I have seen and they made a big difference in the comfort level inside and lower heating bills. If I need windows in the future I would use them again I would recommend them and their product to anyone that was interested. Everyone that has worked on my windows was personable and competent.

Anthony and Caleb were wonderful! They went through every window and thoroughly examined and measured. They spent a lot of time on their explanation and made sure we knew exactly what each window was going to be and how it operated. They were friendly and professional.

Check your questions, not well written at all. Brad did an outstanding job! Renewal by Anderson should give him a pay raise!

Chad Dobbins did a great job with the consultation. He brought up structural review when taking out the old windows. Brad did a thorough job with the final measurement meeting, working around our boxes since we’re still moving in. He was wonderful and humorous.

My Mother, (who is nearing 80) wanted to get a new door for her small house. She contacted Renewal by Anderson last March, by April they came and measured and took $7000.00 as payment. RBA told her they would have it ready by, "August" the latest. August was almost over and she hadn't heard a peep from them. After contacting them and some mild run around she was informed that it wouldn't be until November until they could get to her with a new door. What Gall! She asked for her money back, which she got back and a mild apology, but the Full on Inconvenience and Incompetence that Renewal by Anderson did to her is Unforgivable. I hope anyone reading this and is contemplating using their service reconsiders their decision to do business with RBA.

I am working with Renewal by Andersen of Knoxville to replace several doors from three rooms out to my balconies. Erik, the measure tech, came out to get the specific measurements of each of the door frames. He was very professional and efficient from the moment he arrived. I noticed how carefully he measured every dimension needed, even double-checking the measurements to ensure the new doors and door frames would be a perfect fit. Once he finished, he sat done and showed me computer renditions of how my doors will look, closed and opened, and verified that the hardware, paint colors, and glass tints were exactly what I ordered. Erik is a very friendly and mannerly young man. I am very confident that the installation of the finished doors and frames will go very smoothly and be exactly what I want. I am very impressed with the work ethics of both Brent, sales rep, and now Erik, measure tech. I am looking forward to enjoying lake views with my new doors.

It went great! Only one person came to install and that made it a long day. Wasn’t a problem for us but the installer was so tired I became concerned for him. The windows are beautiful and I can’t wait to get the rest down.

Chad Dobbins and Erik Sorensen was excellent answered every questioned I had about the windows. The presentation was very informative able to touch the window and glass, low maintenance, durability and color choices. Both explained how long from now will it be 8 to 12 weeks before call to set appointment for install, describe the process of installing windows and approximately 2 day to install. We have the old row out windows since the house was built 1961 and need to be replaced. The new Anderson windows will now help with the draft and maintenance.

I had some issues after the issues were installed. I asked for some simple things to be sent to me and they kept on screwing up. When I needed them sent to me so I will never use them again. They never showed.

They are pricey. The responsiveness to the original sale was good. There was a further delay in the windows that caused some problems. .I was trying to get an energy credit. You had to have the windows installed by a certain date. In the beginning, they were going to get them by then. Then we almost didn't. I would not use them again because of price and after the sale problems.

Replacement was fine. After staining was done, there is still a piece of weatherstripping that is not secured.

RBA was able to work around our busy schedule and installed the two windows on a Saturday. Installers arrived about 30 minutes late, but were very professional and relatively quick to remove/install the two windows. Both technicians smelled heavily of smoke and this permeated our two rooms during the install. Installers also slightly damaged two areas of our home...appears they dropped something (old window) on our wood floor causing a couple of scrapes, and scrapped a cabinet door installing the new window. Other than that, the installation went well and was finished after about 4 hours. New windows are of very good quality and reduced the noise level by about 20%...as measured before and after install. Windows are pricey, but for what we were seeking to accomplish with replacing the windows (reduce sound), they are worth the price.

Rang my doorbell for the second time in 2 months trying to sell their windows. Yelled at him to leave! They advertise in the paper - flyers - paper box drops. How else can I say NO! Stay Away! You are worse than cockroaches!

Our new windows install was a well supervised project. Each of the 37 windows removed and installed by the crew was done with care and pride. The windows are beautiful inside and out could not be more pleased. Renewal by Andersen Windows came through. And especially with no floating dust and the home air temperature stays constant. Didn't have that with the old windows.

From my perspective, everything went really well. We were quite pleased with it and it came out really nice. We first interacted with them in the first week of February. They came, did some measuring and estimating. They came back like the third week of February and did the work I believe.

It was good. They have quality products. They did decent enough work.

They were fantastic and did an excellent job. I could not ask for better communication or skilled labor. What stood out was their commitment to making sure that everything was right and just their general professionalism. They just did everything that you would ask from anybody. They went above and beyond. They made sure we knew every step of the process. They are a good company.

I was very satisfied with the service and the quality of my windows.

I'm happy with the product and I'm happy with the installation. I wish they had better follow up. I had some questions I needed answered, and I tried several times to get a call back but it never came.

I love my windows but they didn't clean up the mess. They left a lot of dirt and debris on the ground. They didn't put one of the screens in and left one of the boxes and extra trim in the living room as well.
