His counsel on the sale of our house was perfect ? he seemed to know just what we needed to do to make the house attractive, and he expertly handled all negotiations with other agents and, ultimately, the buyers. He assisted us with so many aspects that followed, including temporary living plans, finding moving/storage companies, and so on.

In looking for a new home to purchase, he helped us for several months and never got pushy. He and his staff always responded quickly to our questions and requests. He never tired of showing homes to us and never tried to persuade us to purchase something if we weren?t ?feeling it?. He always tried to point out both positives and negatives of every home so that we would see it clearly.

It seemed like whenever we mentioned his name to other people in the real estate field, everyone knew and respected him.
