Me with him, gave him my ideas, he gave me his and came up with drawings that included both of our ideas. He gave me several drawings with several options and we "tweeked" the one I liked the most and went with it!

It went fine. We are going to do our "homework" and further see if we will use them. But I highly recommend them. Honesty from the beginning to end

Found Mr. Johnson through another site. He was the first and only of three architects to call me. Met with him right away. He came to our home, listended to what we needed and then took measurements and got right to work! Within a few days he came back to us with two different plans. We chose one, asked for a few changes and he "ran with it"! We had complete "ready for bid" drawings in approx. 3 weeks. Slight delay on our part due to scheduling conflicts to meet with him and sign off on some changes. He was very personable and professional. He even contacted the city for me about a drainage problem on our property. He also applied for the building permit and even gave me 4 names of contractors that he knew were reputable. My handicapped father had to move in with us recently and Len even came up with a total ADA plan for the addition. He also went in our attic to make sure that a section of the new roof could be supported on the old roof and designed a new roof for the front porch that would tie the whole thing together and make the house look like the addition has been part of the house since it was built!
