I contacted this roofing company after a good referral from a neighbor. The initial call went well- they came out the next day to give me an estimate, we agreed on a price and scheduled the work for two weeks later. That morning came and nobody showed up. I waited around for a few minutes and finally called to see if they were still coming. They couldn t do it that day and asked if they could do it on Tuesday instead. Tuesday morning I waited around again and nobody showed up. Two days in a row nobody showed up and nobody bothered to call. Same thing on Wednesday. After not hearing from them for three days I called Thursday morning to cancel the job. After giving me a few excuses as to why they couldn t show up or even call he had the nerve to offer a few choice words for wasting his time. This company might make a good impression in the beginning but their true colors definitely showed in the end.
