Description of Work: Great Company! They replaced a HVAC system that had been nothing but a pain since the house was built three years ago. The recent storm damage "killed" the unit and Premier installed a new system and now I have NO problems. Thanks Chuck!

+ -1 moreOverall, the unit appears to be working properly (time will tell). The technician was very polite. However, we were billed 2 hrs labor at $75/hr, charged a "travel fee" of $10, and $135 for 6 lbs of refrigerant which totaled $295 with tax. I believe the cost to be excessive for a couple of reasons. 1) I don't believe that it took two hours to tighten a valve and add refrigerant. I know that the system had to be tested before and after, but this isn't that much work especially when the tech is in his truck writing it up 1 hr 20 min after his scheduled arrival time. 2) a labor rate of $75.00 for HVAC service is a premium rate. To have a "travel fee" added to this rate is insult to injury. 3) I can purchase the refrigerant at $11.25/lb and I'm not in the business. Premiere charged me $22.50 per lb. In conclusion, I contacted Premier and advised them that I thought the labor charges were excessive and a travel charge really irritated me, but nothing could be done. The price was the price. I guess I'll vote with my feet. Recommend that others do likewise.
Description of Work: HVAC unit was not cooling properly. Contacted Premier Services late yesterday for service. They sent a technician out today (great response time). The tech was scheduled to arrive at 12:00 pm. At 1:20 pm, my wife arrived home to find the tech in the truck completing paperwork. The diagnosis was a loose expansion valve and low refrigerant. The valve was tightened and 6 lbs of refrigerant was added to the unit. The unit was tested before and after service. However, the tech stated that the unit couldn't be tested completely due to weather conditions (rain).

+ -1 moreThe people from Premier Services Group Inc were very good. They did a very good job. They checked the furnace and heat pump and took the information back to their headquarters. They called me the next day to tell what they could do for me and gave me a couple of options. I chose what I wanted and they ordered the parts. Within a couple of weeks they got the parts and installed them.
Description of Work: I used Premier Services Group Inc to install a part in my furnace which I bought from them.
