Fantastic! I called and they came out within 2 hours. Thomas was polite and honest. He took the time to explain why things broke and how to prevent future problems. I would highly recommend this company. I also liked that they posted pictures of the technicians so that you knew who would be coming.

It took awhile to schedule the appointment but they did a very good job once they committed to a time and date. Of course, they upsold us on other garage door services while here, but I cannot complain. The garage doors have never worked so well or so quietly. I was very pleased with the results!

i called them because my sensors did not work and the garage door was not closing. . They came out that same day. They advertise emergency service and they actually do that. They stand behind what is advertised. My sensors needed replaced. My opener was old and I decided just to replace it instead of putting more money into it. I did not feel pressured to replace the opener. It was my decision totally. I just love the new opener. It is so quiet, which is good since I have a bedroom behind the garage. I just love my keyless entry also. My garage door is used like a front door since I have dogs that try to escape out an open front door. Also, they let you know the name of the technician that is coming to your home.

I got the inspection and lubrication service. In addition I got what I would call valuable advice and an offer to deal with potential problems with my door. The technician was polite and helpful. And while he was willing to do additional repairs, he did not insist.

I call them and they came out within 2 hours. Two guys came out and they got right to work and they worked the whole time. They did the installation repair for the garage door. They were able to fix that with a kit they had with them. Within 2 hours max they had it fixed. They actually repaired it better than what it was before and made it quieter. I was so glad they were able to fix that right away. My husband also got the lifetime warranty with the system, that they offered as well.

We knew who was coming to our house as soon as we scheduled the appointment because Precision Door Service sent us an email with pictures and bios of all their service technicians. Along with his bio were 63 reviews by previous customers of Luis. He averaged 5 stars... the best. He was friendly, intelligent about his work and helpful as we tried to make some decisions about our garage door. I did not time him, but he stayed long enough to do everything that he came to do, plus the things we requested after he got there.

They were great. When we scheduled it, they came out when they said they would and they did a great job. We did have an issue maybe two months after we got it and called them. They came out and took care of that right away. So, they responded very quickly. We ended up buying a new garage door so we paid over a thousand bucks. When they came out two months after, the service was free of charge.

They were quick in response and on time to our appointment. The did a quick tuneup of the existing garage doors and recommended that I replace some if not all the components. The provided a reasonable quote; however we had new garage doors installed as a gift.

Jerry Berry, with Precision Garage Doors, is amazing! Jerry established several problems with our garage doors. We decided to only do what was crucial, at this time, to have our doors safely perform as intended. The initial call was just for one door, but we had issues with all three doors, and we didn't know it until he pointed them out, and they were very obvious problems, once Jerry pointed them out. Jerry installed a new lift system for one door, installed a new opener for another, and saw to the appropriate function of all three doors. Not only that, he programmed my husbands' built-in door opener in his truck to open his door so that my husband would not have to have the remote clipped to his sun visor. Jerry did all of this work in less than 2 hours! Thank you so much Jerry for your hard work and excellent customer skills. It was a pleasure to meet you and do business with you.

I have had no response from the vendor and the phone number I call is disconnected. I’ve called them everyday since purchase and I’ve heard nothing.

They arrived on time, only good thing about this company, and began to look over the garage door. Looking back I should have known something was up when the tech stated 'is this an old garage door opener?', given that we had just moved into the house I had no idea. What i do know is that up until the torsion spring broken this past weekend the garage door opener was working without any issues. Now here is where the scam comes in, Precision Door Service gets 60 bucks for coming out no matter what, even if they dont resolve the problem. As part of the scam with FAHW, they inspect the garage door, the opener, and rollers and what not. Precision Door Service then calls the warranty company and tells them there recommendation. Once that has been done, but before they tell you (the customer) anything they collect their 60 service fee and tell you that the warranty company will be calling you shortly and they will 'hang out' until you speak with the warranty company. So....warranty company calls me and stats that the garage door doesn't meet "current safety standards" and given that they will not replace the torsion spring UNTIL......get ready for it.....the garage door opener is replaced. And wouldn't you know Precision Door Service happily let the warranty company know they would replace the WORKING garage door opener for 325.00 dollars. Now lets review, the garage door opener was working just fine, but since the torsion spring is broken is unable to lift the garage door. In order to get the torsion spring fixed I am to replace the working garage door opener. Immediately after speaking with the warranty company I knew this was a scam. How could one possibly inspect the garage door opener for safety when the torsion spring is currently broken. I informed the warranty company I will be filing a complaint and also let Precision Door Company that I would NOT be getting the garage door opener replaced at this time. My suggestion to anyone looking to use Precision Door Service in the future would be to use another company, if they are willing to use these types of tactics against me there is no telling what they may try and pull over you.

This is the second garage door repair Precision has done for us. We were so impressed with the quality of the work we called them again. After performing the safety check he found several problems with system. He informed us of a variety of solutions with price. We decided on a complete replacement. The work was performed immediately. Everything works great and we are pleased with results.

We had an Angie's List coupon for roller replacement. When the technician (Deo - not sure of the spelling) arrived, he pointed out some other issues and I decided to get a complete rebuild instead. Essentially everything but the door itself and the opener was replaced. After the work was completed, the door operated perfectly and still does. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained everything extremely well. I would recommend this service provider with no reservations.

They were extremely responsive and the technician was amazing. Dio did our door and he was so courteous and informative. They are a little pricey but for the quiet opener and the service Dio gave us, it was all worth it. They came on a Thursday and ended up not having the correct part for our particular door, so they came back promptly the next day and completed the work in less than an hour. It was a great experience!

Completely reworked our garage door which had apparently been hung with pretty cheap parts by the original company who is no longer in business! We were trapped in the garage and these guys came right out when others offered service in 2 or 3 days even though their ads say one day service! Friendly and professional and we all but have a new door!!

We had Luis for our job and he did great checking out the current state of the 20 yr old doors and making a few recommendations. We chose to switch the rollers out and the doors are much quieter now as a result. Technician did a great job explaining our options, cost and what he could do today.

door was inspected, greased and checked for proper alignment. all went well and technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and price very reasonable. would recommend them to friends for similar service.

I really liked the guy that they sent out. He was very good. He was excellent. I wasn’t thrilled with the way they didn’t get back to me. I had to contact them about an issue. I was not pleased with that. The technician that came out was great. Their follow up was not so good. He knew what he was doing.

It went well. No problems so far. Repairman was very pleasant and professional.

Technician advised me that no service was needed at this time, showed the danger areas and provided me with the probably cost of the service when it is needed

I just purchased this property which included the double size garage ,aproxm. 30 years old. The door was functioning, but it jumped the chain a few times , had no sensors and a 30 year old motor. I purchased the garage door tune up, and dealing with this company was refreshing. They promptly contacted me to setup an appointment, informed me who is going to be the technician and showd up on time. I had Louis evaluate the door, he recommended to replace rollers, springs and cables and sure enough the door was better working than before. The same day though in the evening the chain jumped again, so I called again for a follow up appointment. I knew the motor and chain was old , sprockets brittle, so when the next tech. showed up on time , we evaluated my options, which were replacing the sprockets or rebuilt the track with a new sc motor , sensors and keypad. The deal was to good to be let go, I got a new dc motor, new track with a belt rather than chain, keypad and (2) openers, the work took about 1:30 and the results was nothing short of amazing. Not only was the door ultra quiet now, but it was safe to operate , could stop it half way and with the sensors safe for my kids to be around. The technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and on top of the game. I would recommend this company anytime.
