Description of Work: Prompt. Friendly. Knowledgable. My springs were worn, and I elected to replace them. My door opens quieter, smoother and easier than when new. Definitely recommend.

Description of Work: The second time I used my garage door after a visit from Presion Door my door would not go down all the was. I got them to come back out and he was able to fix it within minutes. My first visit was a special through Angie for inspection and roller replacement.

Description of Work: I have a 3-car garage. He worked on all three but charged me extra. He told me that all three springs (one per door) needed to be replaced. He had to come back to fix my original problem, a broken wire. Didn't charge for the return trip.

Description of Work: I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called Precision and they were able to send out someone to quickly assess and correct the problem. They identified the reason for the early breakage and were able to fix that issue as well for a reasonable price.

Description of Work: called in the am to obtain quote on services-office quoted $145-I said I approve and scheduled service call for later that day-when technician arrived he said that the service would require an additional component-I said ok and what would the new total be and provide a per item breakdown-technician did that-I replied that the original cost quoted by the office was $145 vs. the cost for the same service quoted by the technician was $212, a difference of $67- technician's reply was that the office misquoted but that he would honor their pricing-I thought his response to the pricing difference was too hasty [was he trying to 'pad' his pricing]- result is a less than satisfactory overall rating for this company-I would not use them again.

Description of Work: Service, tune-up, and conversion from door springs to tension mechanism. Your service technicians did an excellent job and the garage door is much quieter going up & down. I will definitely use Precision again, if needed, and recomment Precision to my friends. .

Description of Work: Precision Door did an excellent job of installing new rollers, cables and weights. As a result, garage doors are back to working like they are supposed to.
