Description of Work: Gave a definite time arrival range, but mentioned they may be early. Arrived 20 minutes early. Repaired door spring 1st visit. Five months later, opener gear broke. Week for part order to arrive, also arrived 20 minutes early, and both times repair person called to notify us of his arrival time. Always prompt, courteous service, fixed and done.

Description of Work: We bought a deal for servicing our garage door openers on Angie's List. We loved Precision's website that allowed us to see a picture and read about the serviceman who would be coming to our house before he arrived. We purchased additional service and products. We highly recommend this company. I tried to send a comment after the service but I don't think it was successful.

Description of Work: Our package unit was providing no heat to the house, which we discovered when it turned cold enough for us to need it. It turned out to be a simple job (main fuse was blown), but what was most impressive was that the person was ready to come out right away. I don't recall the charge, but it was reasonable for the immediate response and the simple fuse replacement. It got us going again.

+ -1 moreA week ago, September 16, 2009, the door acted up again. We called Precision Door Service who came out the same day. They found some wires that we hanging loose, fixed them and now all is well again. There was no charge.
Description of Work: In the winter, when trying to close our garage door with the remote, the door would go half-way down and then up again and down and up again and again. We called Precision Door Service. They came out the next day and worked on the door for at least 4 hours. They worked on the pulleys and cables and rebuilt the door charge. They gave a lifetime warranty on parts and labor.

+ -1 moreI placed calls or emails to multiple companies when my garage door failed to close on a Sunday night. I did not know if it could be repaired or would have to be replaced. However, this was the coldest week of the winter so far, so I really wanted something done quickly. I talked to 5 companies, and this one was the only one that I felt was totally honest with me and had the capability to take care of my problem quickly and with a very reasonable price. I certainly was pleased with the way they repaired the door and how quickly they took care of it!
Description of Work: Gave me a quote on repairing and on replacing my garage door. I hired him to repair the door. This was done well, in a very timely manner. Very professional, very informative in explaining my options, and very responsive to my requests. Superior!
