Austin Noe was very professional and explained everything so we could understand. Based on the knowledge we gained from Austin, we decided to buy the Generac. Austin was a great resource, guiding us through the process. On the day of installation, the team--Jon Loving, Joe Bullman and Tim Day--arrived early and stayed late to finish the job. I could not be more pleased with these guys and would highly recommend Pioneer based on the performance of this team.

They were very nice, and they came and replace the capacitor the work is done under warranty, they showed up on time they did the job I don't have any problem.

Repairman determined that possible problem might be low water pressure at the bath and kitchen faucet. He proceeded to disassemble both faucets, then advised me they were scaled with calcium deposits and should be replaced. He was unable to reassemble the kitchen faucet. Now there is no water flow AT ALL. For the original problem, I was advised parts were needed, but no estimate when the parts might be available. Estimate for eventual repair $685. I declined. I was billed $79.95 which I paid. Pioneer may be great for HVAC. I do not reccomend them for plumbing.

The company got somebody out to me quickly. The plumber was professional, nice, and sufficiently knowledgeable. However, there was a charge for arrival and also for work. When asked about additional work, the plumber was up front about prices. When you look at today's work and the quotes, it seems like the company charges the customer about $100 an hour.

I had Pioneer come to the house and install all new duct work for my AC unit. All staff members were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The quality of the work was excellent! Their work has greatly improved the efficiency of my AC unit. I would highly recommend Pioneer Heating and Air for future work.

Austin Noe arrived to give me an estimate same day of request. The installation team of Jason and Lee arrived on time and worked efficiently. Cleaned up workplace very well. They were very polite and Austin gave me a follow up call. This is my second large item install with this company, and I use them for semi-annual service. I have also used the emergency service. This company is a class act on all levels. Highly recommend. Zero hassle. (FYI I went with the high end Trane heat pump. That is the largest part of the price.)

Came home 2 days ago to 64 degree house...cranked up the heat to 73 but still 64 at 9PM. Called Pioneer yesterday morning; they arrived yesterday afternoon ---right on time -- diagnosed the problem & repaired the furnace before 6PM. Very professional knowledgeable guys, respectful of the property, friendly. And they say they offer 24 hour service if needed. Hope I don't require their services again, but know who I'll call if I do.

I called the number and explained the issue with the system. The girl scheduled a visit & said the cost would be $49.95 for the technician to look at the unit and diagnose the problem. The technician arrived as expected and looked at the inside & outside unit. He then said it wasnt working and for him to diagnose the problem would cost $119. I asked if this was in addition to the $49.95 & he said yes. When I asked him why I was told diagnosing the problem was included in the $49.95, he couldn't answer. He said he could only do what the office allowed him to do. The $49.95 was really just for him to show up. I agreed to the price for him to continue but let him know this WAS NOT what I was told. He proceeded to diagnose the problem and told me he found a leak on a clasp holding a hose. He said he should be able to tighten that up but would need to charge me $99 per lb of refrigerant. He said my unit needed 2 lbs. So overall I was looking at about $300 so far. Then he came back again and said he could not tighten the clasp and needed to add a new one advising me the cost of that was around $70. At the end he added on all of his additional service fees and taxes to bring the total just under $400. I asked him if the way that our service call was handled was typical of all service calls. He said yes. After the technician left I went out and looked at the unit. He placed a huge dark brown bumper sticker on the side of the unit and he did not ask me if he could. Sticker will not come off and is a huge eye sore on my white unit beside the house. I thought that was rather rude but my husband said leave the sticker there. I received a follow-up call from a lady in the office 2 days after the technician fixed my daughter's unit. I explained to her that I did not like all the surprise charges and that his troubleshooting was indeed not a part of the $49.95 fee as she had stated. I also mentioned the ugly sticker. She had no response to anything but told me to have a good day. Because they were responsive and came out when I asked them to, we may possibly use them again in an absolute pinch. But only if every other HVAC company in the county is booked up. I did not appreciate the veil of secrecy over the pricing and the surprise charges that came along with the visit. There was no transparency with this experience from the beginning. If I had been told this was what I could expect from the first phone call I would feel differently.

Excellent work and communication. Installed Trane compressor, resealed air ducts and moved one air duct to allow building of storage areas. High quality work and materials but no bargain. Provides maintenance twice per year

Perfect. Exactly what I was told was going to happen, happened. Very thorough, very friendly and punctual ( actually 15 minutes early) and very clean. My home was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. They swept and picked up every need they made. They made sure that I was comfortable with the product and that I was satisfied with the purchase. I was and would recommend them to my friends and family.

We have been using them for a number of years. I actually signed up for the 2-year service and try to get a discount on parts and stuff when we do that. They are supposed to come back in July and do a second service. It was $89 for the initial service. It was $179 for the capacitor and labor associated with replacement. The price was reasonable. I'm pretty sure it's the going rate for that kind of stuff and I got a discount because I had them come early in the year. I get a discount when I do that. The quality was very good. They were very punctual and professional. Their rate was very competitive and the work was of good quality. It was all outside so it was totally cleaned up. I couldn't tell any difference at all.

I called them the morning of the day after labor day, and I fully expected not to have same day service. However, they were able to get a repair person out to my home later that same day. He promptly assessed the unit and had it fixed the same day for what I felt was a very reasonable price compared to my previous service. He left a picture of the unit with the thing that he needed to replace circled, which I thought was a nice touch. They also called the next day to make sure I was pleased. I am a new customer for this business having used them earlier this year to install a generator. So far the service has been excellent. They also arrive promptly with a call to let you know they are on their way, and they clean up after themselves.

Austin Noe the salesman came out, told me exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. They installed the unit a few weeks later (they offered earlier-the delay was due to my schedule). They arrived when they said they were going to arrive and finished by the time they said they would. I have an older home, and they had to run gas and electrical lines to the other side of the house where the generator is mounted. This was all done in an extremely neat and aesthetically pleasing manner. They instructed me regarding a trial of the generator. Austin even managed to reduce the price by $700 by doing some research with KUB about my gas line, so the above was a little cheaper than the original quote. The above also includes a ten year parts and labor warranty (optional) and a once a year maintenance contract (optional, to be paid yearly). There were several other options that Austin, the salesman, told me I probably wouldn't need, and he could have easily talked me into them for I know nothing about generators. I had a similar unit installed at my mother's home by another company that cost about $2K more and had no extended warranty or maintenance. The company has been very responsive, calling me to see how I liked the work, and Austin is still calling me to set up a time to go over the unit with me himself even though the electrician did that. They also came back and lit all of my pilot lights without my asking. I also had my heating and air units serviced (seperate charge) and was very pleased with that transaction as well. Andrew ( I believe) was the person who did that. He was polite and did an excellent and thorough job. Their office people are also very helpful. I could not be more pleased with this company. My neighbors used them for a furnace installation and were also very pleased-that is how I found them.

Bill C. Came out to service our unit. He was thorough, professional, honest, and did a great job. Will use them from now on. Absolutely the company to use. We purchased a maintenance agreement for fall and spring service. The best!

All went well with the exception of one of the existing registers not being fully attached to the duct boot. This was one of the items that they were inspect/correct prior to leaving on installation day.

Pioneer was the first company I contacted to get an estimate for a residential generator. After Austin Noe came out and thoroughly explained what I would need and how it would be installed, I immediately gave them the contract, and didn't contact anyone else. I can't say enough positive things about this company. They provided exactly what they promised in an extremely professional manner. The people they sent out to do the work were courteous and totally knowledgeable about what they were doing. Not only were they not late in arriving, they were early! I was immediately impressed! They completed the job this afternoon at the time they said they would be done. The new unit was tested several times and they took all the time necessary to show me how it works and let me ask all the questions I had. Although Pioneer didn't install my heat/air unit which was put in several years ago, I'll be using Pioneer for all service and maintenance work from now on. I highly recommend Pioneer.
