I made an appointment Monday morning for today. The lady took my information. We discussed the best day of the week because it was raining most of the week. I was to be there at 2:30. I was there, the place was closed. No lights, no cars and definitely no phone call from them to reschedule. I'm very disappointed because they received such good reviews.

I originally contacted another glass repair company out of West Knoxville. I had a chip in my windshield at that time. That company seemed friendly but acted like the chip was no big deal and didn't educate me on the urgency of getting it repaired quickly. That company had scheduled a date in the distant future for repair. Needless to say the windshield cracked and that company was not available to replace the windshield in a timely manner. I called Phoenix next. A friendly lady answered the phone and explained that as soon as a chip happens, it is important to get it fixed right away. She found a replacement windshield at a reasonable price and was able to schedule me in same day. The team was very thorough and took the time to give me complete instructions on how to care for the windshield so that the seal did not break. I would absolutely recommend this company over any of their bigger competitors!

I received a estimate for around $241 dollars. When the window was finished they had to use a larger piece of glass then expected. I was told the price should go up 21 dollars but they gave me the first price estimate. I thank them for that. Work was very nice and clean. I would use phoenix glass again and would recommend them to others.

It worked out good. I went in to see if they could fix a crack but they could not, but, they took my car and replaced my winshield in 10 minutes.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY DID A GREAT JOB!

They were recommended to us and did a great job. They had the lowest price of several auto glass shops I called. They were able to get to the car the next day and got it done sooner than they had expected.

I called around and got estimates, and this company was less than half the cost of dealers. They did a great job with my car, cleaned it up, and had it done in the same day. They were caring, polite, and trustworthy. They were nice to me and very honest.
