While electrical troubleshooting from 2 states away takes time and patience the customer service personel were a shinning example of what customer service can be. They were easy to get a hold of and were patient and understanding with my lack of knowledge. They stayed with me each step until we thought we had fixed the problem. Took a while, but I couldn't ask for better service or more commitment to their product.
Description of Work: Replaced multiple parts of my Electric Fence system after a lightning strike to my home caused a failure. First replaced the control unit for $35. When the 2nd control unit failed, replaced the power cable (this was the reason for my problems) at no cost. With new power cable installed found the second control unit had also been damaged by the faulty power cable before changing it out for the new one. They replaced the second control unit for no cost. Throughout the ordeal customer service was very kind and professional.

 + -1 moreThe fencing was very simple to install and the training video that accompanied the product was great. We even used the book for troubleshooting issues as we trained our dogs.
Description of Work: We purchased the fencing product from a hardware store and installed it ourselves.
