Today many small and medium sized businesses rely on the Personal Systems one-call professional IT consulting. We have a fine reputation of completing jobs correctly on the initial call, ranging from computer networking services and monitoring to computer security to business software solutions. Face it - you don't want a company coming back repeatedly for a "fix up" - you want it done right the first time. Numerous businesses have been pleased with our Smartphone set-up assistance, SPAM consulting & virus elimination. We also do a bit of boasting on the fact that ninety-five percent of our business is either repeat or referral, but we're sensitive to the fact that we've got to maintain our reputation for quality work. If you choose us to be your Outsourced IT Department and technology consultants, you can be assured that we'll show you a quick response and reliable results. Call Personal Systems or email and get ready to be impressed, just like dozens of other East Tennessee companies. You take your business seriously. Our rates for home users or single computer is $80 an hour, minimum one hour with 15 min increments there after. If the trip to onsite is more than 20 miles from our location, there will be a $40 an hour trip charge. For networked computers with a server, the hourly charge is $105 hour, minimum 1 hour with 15 min increments there after. Remote service is available for most problems that are software and some hardware related issues.

I believe he normally does business systems, but I was particularly grateful that he was willing to make a "house call" to a residence. He was professional, didn't mind that I looked over his shoulder when he was working. He is experienced, efficient, and was confident that he could fix my problems. He was great! If I have difficulty again, he will be my first call.
Description of Work: I had no internet service and my computer was showing a new screen when I logged on. All my files were available, I just couldn't connect to the internet. I checked my computer manual as well as the online help for my PC. I called my ISP technician who walked me through a number of steps; he suggested I check with my security provider (Norton) since I had internet service for my laptop. The Norton tech insisted that the problem did not lie with them. I finally called a computer tech. Davin answered promptly and agreed to come to my home to diagnose the problem (with no internet connection for this computer, he could not do a remote check). I was able to schedule an appointment the same morning! He was prompt and professional. He quickly went through a number of diagnostics but my problem didn't seem to be a usual one. He tried a number of things and finally found something that worked. He cleared some minimal other issues and made some suggestions for keeping my system running smoothly.

Went really well - will bring this company back in again if we have a problem we can't resolve.
Description of Work: Davin came out to perform a 'site survey' and look at an issue we were having. He looked at our servers and equipment, and made some suggestions - did not charge since he gave me info on how to resolve our issue ourselves, but told us to give him a call if we had any problems. You can't beat that kind of service!
