 + 0 moreIf you want a company that only does half the job they were hired to do, then by all means hire this one. We hired them to repair our pool stairs and they only did two of the three. When the third stair cracked they came out and repaired it and then sent out a bill for another $500. For $2000.00 we could have replaced the steps. It all is chipping away and to beat all of this, the guy stepped on our liner and teared it off the steps. Now we are replacing a 1 year old liner and the company's response was it's our word against theirs. Do yourself a favor a stay away from this company. They maybe the only ones around Knoxville, but it isn't worth your money

 + -1 moreThe owner and scheduler were very responsive. The floor of my tub was starting to crack. The owner reinforced the flooring and resealed the tub with a fiberglass resin. The color matched perfectly and the floor is very sturdy now. (Note: It's important to keep your house at a warm enough temperature for the resin to set.) The owner also installed two handicap bars for getting in and out of the tub.
Description of Work: I had my tub fixed and two handicap bars installed.

Description of Work: They resurfaced my brown tub and made it white. I was very happy with all aspects of their service. They were reliable, dependable, and the quality was very good. The repair man was friendly and gave me all of the info that I needed to care for my tub.

Description of Work: Refinished an original bath tub in the house that was built in the '50s. I didn't think it was possible the tub had seen better days for sure but it looks brand new! It's been about 4 months and no problems.

Description of Work: Perma Ceram refinished my 4 foot wide shower cove that is 40 years old. They filled holes where the shower doors had been installed and refinished the surface that had yellowed over the years. The process took about 6 hours and turned out better than I expected, I believe it looks better now than when brand new! Dean was very professional and courteous and cleaned up the job site when done as well as making sure everything was protected while performing his work. I believe the price was still cheaper than installing a new shower cove, counting new sheetrock, time, and labor and looks just as good. Came with a 5 year warranty on material and labor, no warranty on manmade scratches or chips which is expected. Dean gave good advice on cleaning and proper care to make sure his work will last a along time, now time will tell. I would highly recommend Perma Ceram even if you have a tight budget.

 + -1 morePerma Ceram did an excellent job. I was surprised how good it looked afterward. I couldn't tell that a significant chunk of my shower used to be missing. If I ever need cracks fixed in my bathtub or shower again, I'll probably go with Perma Ceram. One of the guys that came out also gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain my shower and such. Very happy with the service.

 + -1 moreI was very pleased with my experience with Perma Ceram. I called them because two of my friends had used them and were very satisfied. They were very professional, prompt, neat and efficient. They called the day before to confirm the time, and the man who did the work called that morning to tell me he was on his way. He completely papered every surface in my bathroom except the tub, and he thoroughly cleaned up when he was finished. The tub looks brand new. I could not be more pleased with this job.

 + -1 moreThis is an economically reasonable way to have a new looking tub. They did an excellent job. They refinished another tub for us 5 years ago and it still looks great. I didn't price shop because I referenced their previous work, but I would suspect their pricing is good. I would hire them again!
