Performance Air Systems was contacted because air conditoner stopped working. They came out and replaced the unit because they said would cost more to repair the 7 year old unit than to replace it. A few days passed and water started leaking from the light fixture unstairs where the work was performed - they sent another company out because they were out of town and they vacaummed out the water and blew out the line but did say the installer should come back and do some corrections to their install. Then that night the smoke detector started going off and the water had run into the duct work out of the smoke detector. Performance Air came out and did more work and it did not correct the problem and after several calls to him said this was not covered under warranty. This issue had nothing to do with the warranty on the system, they did not connect the unit correctly which caused damage to my upstairs sheet rock and insulation. I had two different companies to look at the system and they both agreed it was because the system was not connected correctly. This was not just poor service, they walked away with out any concern to my plight or my house. Bad BAd Experience. Will not recommend them to anyone for anything.
