+ -1 moreI took 2 pairs of high heel shoes for repair to the heel. They did a great job and even polished up the leather and the heel (included in the price, no extra charge). Their prices were great, too. About $13 per pair which is the same all other shoe repair places in Knoxville but Pendergrass's repair job was way better than the others I've tried. I'll be bringing 4 more pairs of shoes to them this week for repair!

+ -1 moreThe first thing I Immediately noticed was the fact that they treated my like family from the time I arrived. They were more than happy to listen to me and find out exactly what I wanted and needed in order to get my shoes and head out. I'm very impressed.
Description of Work: They did an absolutely wonderful job getting my favorite shoes all cleaned and tidied up. The shoes themselves were very pricey and something I've cherished for a very long time. Really nice dress shoes, slick midnight blue.
