Pella Windows and Doors

Install was awesome. But one of the door a slider has some damage to screen door seal. It has been around 4-5 Months now still not replaced. I have contacted the several time.

They didn't call for weeks and when they did - it was from Atlanta. Then they said they would have someone local get in touch with us. Again it was weeks before we heard from any one. When finally someone came to give us an estimate - he said he would email us the estimate cost. Again - weeks passed. Then he called ( the man who came to do the estimate) and said he wanted to schedule a time for the repairs. We told him we were still waiting on the estimate - he forgot to send it to us!

It worked out excellent. Very very pleased. They provided guidance as far as what type of door to get. They helped style. They also guided us through the installation and showed us all about it and kept us well informed during the whole process. The scheduling was perfect because when they would schedule it and we agreed on the time of day they were very prompt always on several occasions had to come out and they were helpful in guiding us in what type of materials we needed to have. We got a special glass door. Its our front door so it had to be specially insulated and certain strength you know the door wouldn't break or easily broken into like a burglar or something. We are very pleased.

We thought we've had good service with them so far. They did it when they said. They were prompt on their service. They did it good and cleaned up. They're not cheap but for what service they did, I think it was alright. I don't have any complaints.

It worked out very well. We were very pleased with the job they did. They are not cheap but they have a good product. We were very pleased with what we got. The price was competitive. They were slightly a unique size so it wasn't a stock window and they had to make it which raised the price some. The salesman and workmen were very good. We would go back to them if we needed more windows. We did not go price compare.

They did great. we liked the fibre glass windows. The sales person was really good , spent a lot of time answering our questions.

If you've ever shopped for windows you know how confusing it can be. There are many styles and types out there to research, and some of the details can be difficult to understand at first. Not to mention, there is a ton of information out there on the internet, and not all of it is completely factual (imagine!). We initially saw the company at a home show and talked with Adam, the manager. He was very knowledgeable, but not high pressure. We thought the windows were well made and attractive, so we set up a time sit down with one of their reps (Aaron) in our home to discuss our situation. Aaron did a great job explaining the different options to us. He was a wealth of information, but not pushy. He gave us a detailed, written estimate when he was finished. We then continued our research and talked with quite a few different window companies. After many, many, MANY hours of research, talking with reps, getting prices, etc, we finally decided on Pella. I think we met with Aaron 3 times before we settled on a company, and he was always informative, patient, and respectful. I have nothing but good things to say about him. The windows took three weeks to come in. The workers were very professional and skilled. You could tell they had done this a few times. They were able to address any questions or concerns we had. The were careful during the installation process not to damage either the windows or our house and its possessions. They did and excellent job of cleaning up after. Pella also was able to offer some attractive financing options, something few of the other companies were able to do. Overall, I would positively rate my experience with Pella, and would highly recommend them for window installation.

Their product is the best in the country and they have a great reputation. Each time they sent different installers and they all did a very good job. The windows were sealed properly and have saved us a lot of money on our energy bill. They offer really good deals throughout the year and ways to apply for a zero interest loan. Once we replaced the windows in our sun room and received a deal for six windows for the price of five. I am pleased with their service.

They ordered the windows quickly. They were very fast and professional. I would use them all over again. Everything was left spic and span. The price was comparable to two other competitors. I selected them because I went to their factory a long time ago and I knew the quality of the windows. I have no complaints what so ever. It was a perfect job and I have never experienced that before.

They were very busy at that time but responsive. They did a good job, gave us exactly what we wanted, and the price was reasonable for the quality of the product. I would certainty use their services again. The workers were very polite, on time, and professional. They were accommodating and delivered when they said they would. They even fixed a few areas that had rotted wood. I was very pleased with the service.

They are excellent and the price was very fair for the quality of windows. The workers always cleaned up after themselves. They were very conscientious. They did have an issue installing a door. They made sure it closed and came back the next day to complete the work. They followed up well. They also noticed an issue with rotted wood under the door. They were able to replace the would. They brought it to my attention and did not charge me for the extra labor. I did have a problem with one of the doors sticking. They came right away to resolve the issue. I cannot praise them high enough. I am very pleased with the service.

The service was great. They came out before hand to take careful measurements. Once they installed the door, they were very quick and efficient. I really like the quality of the door and it's well worth the price. There was one glitch in communication, but other than that they were very friendly and easy to work with.

We really like the windows. However,the installers did not clean up well. It was a complicated process, but I thought they could have done better. I was not overly impressed with the service but the windowslook nice and have held up well. I have not had to follow up with any concerns or complaints.

The company called after the project was completed and asked if the job had been satisfactory. The answer would be a resounding YES!

After having a nice discussion with Adam, I left and awaited the callback. It never happened. More than a week later and no one from that company has called. I guess the economy must be so good they don't need my business! I only say "yes' I would use them again because there is no "maybe" option. They would have to call and accommodate me to get my business.

Thry arrived on time and were quuick and efficient. Cleaned up afterwards and the door is perfect.

They were excellent. I love the door. Their workmanship was excellent. They were also polite and efficient.

Initial installation was done, but when Pella representative checked the door he found a flaw in the surface. A replacement door was ordered because it did not meet Pella standards. The door was reordered and replaced by Pella. Excellent service in light of the problem. Pella stood by their high standard of product.
