We had decided to retire here without really knowing the area, so all we could tell her was we wanted to live near Knoxville and here are the requirements for the house, property and neighborhood. Trust her, she knows the area, the houses, the business and she'll know you pretty quick. I had insisted on seeing some houses against her advise. Pat was right, we just wasted our time. Pat is in the business of selling houses, full time! When we were working with her, she gave us full attention.
Description of Work: We were in the market to buy a house near Knoxville. After we had located Patricia (Pat) and before we got to Knoxville, we worked with her via phone and email so she could get to know us and what we were looking for. After we got to Knoxville it took less than 10 days to have a contract on a house. Once we had a contract, Pat worked with us regarding inspections, etc. She made sure we were ready for closing, advising us of the differences in the transaction here than where we were from.
