It went great. The ants are gone!

The inspections were incomplete. I have 2300 square feet of crawl space and the last person that was at my house only stayed for about 20 minutes. I decided that I was going to change my flooring, so I had to pull up the carpet and when I did, I found a lot of termite damage. I would not have found this damage if I would not have pulled up my carpet.

He did it free of charge. He was in the area and I happened to see him. I was going to pay him, but he said no that's okay. He did it as a courtesy. It ended the pest problem in my tree.

We pay for the full year. We've had the same person for 3 years and we've had the service for 16 years. We've had some good ones and some that were not as good. The guy we have now is just outstanding in every area. He is prompt. We can't say enough good about him.

They are very dependable and whenever we need them they'll come over. I think their price is pretty reasonable, they are commensurate with what they did before. They're excellent!

The inspection was free. If ever need termite service in the future I'll use them. They were on time and on budget about their various services. They've also been in business for 38 years. I was impressed with them.

We have had the same exterminator since the very first time and he has been great. He knows my house, my dog and us. I don't know the name of the chemicals he uses but the dogs can lick the chemicals and it won't hurt them.

They had a good review on Angie's List and they did a good job. They came twice at my request for pre-job planning and did the treatment in one day as planned (even treating some areas we hadn't originally identified).

I have my house sprayed every 3 months and they are always on time and if I see a bug before my next spray I call and they come out at no extra charge. I have only had to call once since having the service and I have been a customer since 2008.

I have been fine with Otis Termite & Pest Control. They come out twice a year. I pay them on an annual basis. I’ve had good and positive experience working with them. I’ve never had any problems with them as they are reliable. I’ve been using Otis Termite & Pest Control for twelve years now. They have been very effective in preventing termites. The people are polite and nice. I don’t know the prices of the other companies; therefore, I can’t comment on the price charged by Otis Termite & Pest Control.

Overall, Jason was very pleasant, informative and honest about the pests in my home. I would recommend them to all my friends.

We have a quarterly contract where they come on a regular basis and spray for termites around our home. The termites are under control because we dont seem to have the problem with them. The chemicals are harm free and odor free also which is great.

We were very pleased with them. I really liked that they called ahead to let me know they were coming and they were here when they said they would be. They were very nice people and they thoroughly updated me on how the centricon units were doing. They came out about every 3 months to spray.
