They give 10% discount if we pay a year in advance; but I usually pay monthly. They charge $300 for annual termite protection. They are good. The reason I like their service is that they stand behind their work. If something goes wrong, they will fix it for the customer for no charge. If I have termite infestation, they will reimburse whatever the cost is to replace or fix the termite thing. They will retreat and guarantee it. When it comes to month-month pest control, we can call them out anytime to treat it without any cost. If we see any wasp nest building, they will come out and take care of that too. If we have raccoon got into our house then we can call them, and they can take care of it; but there is a separate charge for it. Their price is higher generally than most. Although their monthly pest control is right at the same price as everybody else's are; but we get what we pay for. They are very professional. They are highly trained technicians.

I have a contract with them. I'm very pleased with them. I didn't have termites, but it was a preventative thing that they did. They were on time as scheduled. They were in and out and did a wonderful job. They are very efficient too. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I am on a yearly contract with them. I don't dislike anything about their service. I will use them again in the future.

I am not particularly impressed with them right now. They were supposed to do a thorough termite and moisture inspection all around the perimeter of the house. However I haven’t heard from them for nearly a year now wherein they were supposed to check twice a year. They are punctual. I might look out for someone else in future though I would use them for now.

They seemed expensive. I ended up signing up for an annual contract. They contacted me for the annual service and I was going out of town. They told me that they would call me back a week later and never did.

Unsatisfactory, after one year of service the problem was still there. Not as bad as when the service was started but one pest is too many. I had been told when the contract was started that they would be able to remove the problem but it would take some time. After one year and many complaints I did not renew the contract.

Orkin does an excellent job with my pest control. They are very prompt and responsive to any issues I ever have. They are also professional, which I appreciate. Its also important to me that they use pet friendly chemicals. I feel their prices are a little high, but you pay for what you get, and I think they are competitive with everyone else.

It is a pleasure to work with Orkin everyone they send out is very kind and they do a great job of inspecting around the house. When they are done with the inspection they bring me a report with the findings and let me know whether or not I need to have any treatments done.

Orkin comes here on a regular basis to keep our house free of pests. They usually call before they come out here each time. I am happy with the service provided. The workers are professional. We are getting the results that we want. I would recommend them to others.

I was always satisfied with the guys from the Orkin Company. They always came as scheduled and did only what was needed to be done. It did eventually work out great because I now do not have any ants at all and have not needed to continue my services. If I would need them again though I would definitely call them back.

I have been using orkin for several years to do my termite inspection. I appreciate the fact, that they always give me a written report, so I will know exactly what they found. The gentleman who come out to the inspection are always extremely polite and courteous to me.

I thought they were just a bit over priced and if you really wanted to know. They did a good job that I know of and they explained to me what work was done. I didn t think I had any problems. Like I said, I didn t know much about it, but I just trusted them to do it. I was happy with their service.

Orkin has a very good name in the pest control business which is why I hired them to keep pests away from my home. I am having a bit of a problem with bugs though I have had to call them back out to spray for bugs a few times and every once in awhile I still see them. When I call tem they come out very quickly.

I picked Orkin because I have heard a lot of good things about them and they have a great name in the business. The price for them coming out is a lot cheaper then most companies that I checked and they do very good work.

Orkin the company is a wonderful company. I have been using them for quite awhile. The new person they have sent out to spray, doesn t do a very good job. I don t feel he is at all thorough, and when he comes I feel he just wants to get it over with as fast as he can, but if I ever have a problem the company is always willing to resolve it.
