 + -1 moreO'Dell was willing to come out the same day, but we had other obligations. They then offered the 9:30 the next day. We agreed and they showed up promptly. After 45 minutes of checking the system it was determined that it was a simple broken wire. They did not up sell us anything. They checked our other system and determined it was in good shape. We were very satisfied.
Description of Work: Our A/C was not working. The thermostat displayed a blinking snowflake and would not turn on.

Description of Work: Troubleshot our heat pump failure to cool. Found the problem and corrected it. Service was class A. Charged us a standard service call. They might consider a two tier service rate one for simpler calls like ours and one for more complicated rather than a single rate for every service call no matter how complicated.

 + -1 moreHe is wonderful. He comes at a moment's notice when we have a breakdown. He is a person that we found six years ago when we needed some work done on our heating system, and he is just wonderful. There is just a lot to maintain in our house and the service is just wonderful.
Description of Work: We use O'Dells Heating & Cooling for my heating and cooling. He comes out every spring and every fall.
