We had a toilet leaking upstairs that caused water damage to our downstairs ceiling. Mr Rooter responded to our call very quickly and helped get someone else to help with the ceiling. The serviceman was very polite and very helpful, so I would use them again.

Doug did a great job of finding the problem quickly and took time to explain in detail why I had an issue with my kitchen sink. He was very friendly and professional. But I wished that Mr. Rooter would allow a senior discount due to our fixed incomes. But everything else was handled graciously.
