Called Mr Rooter and told them my problem with tankless hot water heater not sending hot water to faucet fast enough. They sent out James (tankless water heater expert), who told me I needed to replace gas line with larger one and the heater needed to be back flushed with flushing valves installed. For that they charged me $972.37, and it got me no better results than I had before they came. The gas line was not connected properly, and the next morning I woke up with a bad head ache and the taste of natural gas in my mouth. I called Mr. Rooter, and the local gas company who came and shut the gas off, until James arrived to fix the leak. That problem could have gotten real ugly. James said "Let me do some research on the tankless hot water problem and I'll get back with you." One month, a gas leak, and $972.37 later, I haven't heard from James and I'm no better off than I was before I called them. Needless to say I'm not a happy and satified customer, nor would I recommend them to anyone

Prompt response, neat professional worker, made repairs quickly. A little pricey and did not clean up after the job. Otherwise, completely satisfactory.

James Slaven was very courteous, clean, and professional. After evaluating the spigots that we thought needed replacement, he actually talked us out of replacing and at no charge tightened it up & told us to watch for any future leaks. He did replace one spigot and installed a toilet. We will definitely call on him again.

The plumber who came out was very efficient and helpful.

Although it seemed a bit pricey, Chris, my plumber, was very competent, polite and professional and willing to work with me on options to keep costs low, though he did have to be prompted to do so. He did agree to try the first, less costly method and said that if it didn't work, the more costly would not be charged on top of the first, and I would only be charged for the more costly if it had to be done. Thankfully, it did not have to be done. They were the first to be able to get here in a timely fashion, though I called a couple others and had to cancel them.

James was extremely professional, thorough, and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone in the area - very reliable and willing to do whatever it took to complete the job in the correct way and never kept me waiting.

I found the plumber to be personal and honest as well as helpful. I like that this company has a receptionist who is knowledgeable about plumbing to a certain extent and is there during regular business hours.

Customer service was very quick and very helpful. Tech (Mr. Jesse Wooten) Showed up same day as called and with in an hour of original call. He was very helpful and knowlegeable. Did a thorough inspection of the problem and gave options on how to fix. After option was selected tech began immediate to work. Priceing was good. Service was expedient :) After work was finished, tech gave sugjestions on stuff that might be helpful in the future and offered other service to deal with any posable mold damage done due to water damage. All in all a great experiance!

Mr. Rotter called within about 2 minutes of submitting my need for this particular service. He came out the next day and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. James, the service agent sent to our home, was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. We have nothing but good things to say about Mr. Rooter and James in particular.

within 5 minutes of submitting my request mr rooter called me. none of the others even called.i'm not sure if i was out of area for them or what.mr jessie wooton was the service tech who came 2 my home the next day & replaced the wax ring on my toilet. he was personable,polite and because he found out that i was retired military they even gave me a 25.00 discount for the job. WHAT A PLEASENT SURPRISE. In a time when you are lucky 2 hear back from contractors at all about jobs you my be hunting some one 2 do Mr. Rooter's promptness was exceptional & i would definiately recomend them 2 neighbors & friends.
