As soon as I found them on HomeAdvisor I was contacted by Donna from Mr. Rooter. Exceptional customer services as well as keeping me informed with what it was going to take to get er done. Highly recommend this professional company. Thank you Donna!! and Mr. Rooter. JOB WELL DONE!!!!

The plumber also alerted us to another potential issue which was very good to know. While he let us know, he didn't make us feel like he was trying to "upsell" us on anything.

There work was very good. It took longer than expected to replace water line. I would use Mr. Rooter again.

I request my toilet be repair because it was making noise, this guy Ryan came into my home without cleaning his shoes then after about 20 minute he told me he was finish and that he could not fix my dripping kitchen faucet because he didn't had the part. Before I paid the 142.00 for my toilet I check my bathroom and the water line was dripping water on my floor, Ryan told me he need to tight the nut up. I was not please with the service. Another thing, I asked if they give military discount and was told by Ryan no, But after talking Donna she told me yes. I will not use Mr. Rooter anymore the service was not good and the price is too high.

David was very polite and very helpful. He was creative in finding the cheapest way for me.

Mr. Rooter responded right away and worked until the job was complete. The plumber explained exactly what the problem was and how it would be fixed. He was also very courteous.

We are located out of state and Donna and Tracey was very prompt and very helpful; we will use their services if our offer is accepted. We will highly recommend their services. We could not rate their work properly as they have not performed the inspection as yet. The fee for their inspection fair.

They worked with me on new installation in my cabin even during the rain. Work was inside but had to work 2 days in rain. Randy new what he was doing and made sure I was satisfied before he left. Also had to dig under building with no clearence to put waste line in so had a hard job under their

I am a widow and live alone. I have tried to tackle something's on my own in the past but ended up being taken advantage of. But...This particular dealing with a company called Mr Rooter of Crossville, was a very pleasant experience.The two gentlemen that came out to investigate the leakage, were super courteous and got right to work. It only took them less than five minutes, to locate the leak under the house. They gave me an estimate for repairs and because I agreed to let them repair it, they knocked the diagnostic charge off of my final bill. I would say that they were perfect gentleman, courteous, efficient , knowledgeable and very kind and polite. I would highly recommend their services to my own mother and anyone else I knew. They were simply the best!

Arrived at the appointed time. Repaired what was necessary. They advised not to repair anything that was not necessary at the current time. I appreciated the advice.

The work was done quickly and thoroughly. He (forget his name) did an excellent job in a timely fashion. I only dinged him half a star on customer service because he wasn't great on people skills. He may be rather new, so I would encourage him to be assertive, confident, while being professional with a client. He seemed a little hesitant. Other than that, I would give your company high marks. The coordinator on the phone was FABULOUS! A great lady . . .

He installed a new shower head and cleaned up some old tub faucets, but came to install some new ones, but Lowes had sold me the wrong thing. He also replaced a old commode handle. The only thing I could say negative is the cost was a little high, but not by a lot.

bathroom toilet is not attached to floor - it rocks.

The company worked well with me to complete the job as soon as possible. The repairman was friendly and even went to the hardware store to obtain just the right part.

They assessed my problem only to find out it was the sprinkler system that was the problem, not the plumbing drain pipe. Reasonably priced.

Don Johnson did the work for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. It was a lifesaver after several attempts to get the right person who could do the job the way it needed to be done. We are very pleased.
