Within minutes of signing up on Home Advisor we received a call from Mr. Rooter. Being that it was late evening when we called, we really didn t expect to hear from anyone until the next day, so this was definitely a surprise. He took our information and told us to expect a call the next morning. Again, our expectations were low because of past experiences. Well, we did receive a call from Mr. Rooter early; they scheduled us and showed up when they said they would. The work was exceptional and the price was so reasonable. Mr. Rooter thoroughly impressed us and we will be recommending/using them again. Thank you Home Advisor, and thank you Mr. Rooter for restoring service back to the day when people actually cared about their customers. What a refreshing experience!!

Showed up quickly. Did a great job. Cleaned up when they were done. Very pleasant and did not try to sell me everything under the moon as others had done. Not as cheap as having a plumber in the family... But their service and peace of mind the job was done right has a value too.
