Rescued us from another holiday weekend catastrophe. They were prompt, courteous, capable, and persistent in dealing with a burst water pipe located in a space which gives new meaning to the term "crawl space". Very satisfied, will use them in the future.

Pulled toilet to snake drain line. They reset toilet but one of the bolts they used broke. They returned promptly and replaced the broken bolt.

We had 2 plumbers arrive. They charged $225 (supposedly with a $25 discount) to stop a dripping kitchen faucet and determine why our master showerhead only puts out a trickle of water after having a lot of water force for almost a year. They could not get the kitchen faucet to drip but did not take it apart to see what has been causing the problem. They cleaned the shower head and a bit more water is coming out but still not enough. I am displeased with spending that kind of money. The sink faucet is dripping as usual today. I feel like we spent a lot of money for nothing. They needed to take things apart and find out what was causing the problems in both areas for that amount of money.

Clear the clog but did not fix the ceiling.

Only plumbing company to get in touch with me from home advisor out of my several requested quotes. I also called several companies outside of home advisor and I couldn't get a hold of anyone (mid morning on a Monday). Mr. Rooters is a little pricey, but the technician was great and they were able to come at a convenient time for me.
