Description of Work: The workers arrived and went right to work, moving furniture and boxes between floors of my condo as part of a large decluttering and cleanout project. They were fast, efficient, and very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I am planning to use this company again for a list of handyman projects soon.

Description of Work: estimated small job for me - $598. when asked about another job (sanding and painting front door), quoted $598. I did it myself for $20-30 in supplies and about 3-4 hours work plus drying time. would not use them based on their arbitrary pricing - $598 for every job! maybe worth it to some people, but not to someone who is capable of reading directions and is not afraid to give it the old college try.

the small job we estimated was for 6 hours consist of repairing rotten wood on exterior jambs apply bondo and caulk sand and paint also re secured ceiling drywall scrape joints, clean and re tape and finish stomp knock down texture. Prime and spot paint for 598.00 The second job by her own admission of time (with dry time )would have been about the same amount of time 6 hours so yes it would have been about the same as the other job. These were estimates as no work was done.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our shower that was causing the ceiling down stairs to get wet. He was able to fix the leak and repair the ceiling and drywall and before he left it was painted too! The service was great! I will be calling again!

Description of Work: Mr. Handyman did come when scheduled. Frank helped me troubleshoot a fluorescent light fixture. He inspected my leaking porch roof issue, then said he would have "his roof guy" come the next day and install some flashing, then Frank himself would return for whatever carpentry work would be needed. I've not heard from them since. I don't know if the flashing has been installed, as I haven't had a chance to get the ladder out and take a look. I've not had a chance to follow up with them to see what the deal is.
