The work went very well, texture matches well and was performed timely. Mark Jenkins was professional and really made this patch match the surrounding ceiling. I would hire Mark again for drywall work

Receptionists need to be more organized and listen to the client. They have a problem with listening to clients timelines. Respect that the client also has a schedule and respect their time too! Technician was very good and fixed the problem fast. However they are very expensive so I will only call them out when absolutely necessary!

Arrived on time, left on time for the 3 days required to do this job. They wore shoe covers and placed floor protection as well wherever they needed to go. They cleaned at the end of every day and then shined it all up when completed. They were respectful and courteous and made the whole ordeal actually pleasant since no one wants people in their home all day long.

I has now been a few months and the bottom rubber strip has torn off the bottom of the door. It was very tight and I did not realize it was destroying the door. This was the worse job I have ever had done. I was going to hire them again but they jacked the price in an effort to either stop me from using them or trying to make up the money they lost on the door installation. It is obvious they have no qualified people to do what they bid on. I was totally shocked that such a company existed. It is very hard to get qualified people in Knoxville Tennessee. Either they are not qualified of do not speak English. I refuse to hire anyone that cannot speak English as they are usually not legal to work in the US and are most likely Illegal Aliens. It is sad that America has reached the place that no Legal Citizens can perform the job and it is being given to the illegal aliens. Citizens are now trying to fill the void as Trump enforces the rule of law and is deporting illegal aliens. Mr Handyman is failing badly.

I thought it was expensive. But they were timely. They could do it when we needed it done, so that was important. I would use them again, unless I found a cheaper guy. The price was not good, it was expensive.

Arrived exactly at time of appointment. Evaluated the job and went and got needed parts. Worked steady and completed job timely. Would have like clean up to be a little better, but overall pleased. Was a little more expensive than I thought it was going to be.

They had to come out five times for the installation of two doors. I think they bit off more than they could chew. I specified upfront that I lived in a mobile home. There was a guy that worked for them that said he know what he was doing. He got out here and he didn't. They had to experiment how to get the door level. They would get it to halfway work, and then leave. They hoped that I wouldn't notice stuff. I would really have a hard time hiring these guys again. I actually did try to hire them again, but they don't want to talk to me because they overpriced me. I called them to get another job done, and they went way, way over what the price should've been. They screwed up and they don't want to do anything anymore because they are mad at me because I didn't call them back. I wanted it done correctly. I did have another job done and that saved them. They are a little bit pricey. Once they got the doors correct, they did a good job. They were just a little inexperienced with mobile homes. It seemed like they did an awful lot of moving and tugging to get it to fit. In the end, it turned out okay. I don't know if they ordered the wrong kind of door or what caused it. The door wouldn't seal and I could see light coming into the door in the evening. I got them to come seal it tight. He told me that he has doors in his house that weren't sealed tight. I told them that I wasn't going to pay $900 a door if the doors wouldn't fit. He made me pretty angry. They sent out the manager and he got the job done. They did get it finished eventually. The end result was an "A". They did take care of me when I called back, and had somebody out the next day. They could've been a bad company and told me where to go. A bad company would've just done nothing. They tried to make it right as best they could. The only thing I didn't like was that they lost money on the first job that wasn't my fault and they were going to overcharge me for the second job to make it up. Management was professional, but the employee that works for them was a real complainer.

The worker was on-time and efficient. He was very professional and offered advice on projects that I could easily do myself to save money.

I have used them once and I'm gonna use them again because they did a good job. When I made the appointment, they followed up with an e-mail to tell me what to expect, and they were right on time. It became a little bit more complicated as they went along, but he kept me up to date with what was going on and what the cost would be, and gave me options. I just thought that was nice. On price, I don't know what to compare them to; I wouldn't know - I guess B, I don't know. It's an expensive job, but I don't know if they were compared to everybody else. I already have them booked for next week.

Overall very happy with service. I think the price was high, but that was the price of the heating element to fix the dryer. Overall very responsive and professional. Will be using again if services needed in the future.

The men were on time and worked efficiently to complete the repairs as stated. They cleaned the area when done and even asked if there was anything else they could do.

Very well. The technician showed up on time and worked 8 hrs that day, installing all the shutters. The job was a little larger than expected, so he borrowed another technician from a different job.

Travis called at 7:30 saying he'd be here at 8. He was; He had to go to hardware store for parts & was back and had job done in no time. Professional and a nice guy.

They wanted $650 to clean just the back gutters of my regular two story home. This was extremely unreasonably priced! I got the job done by someone else for much less! Get other estimates before going with Mr. Handyman.

From the first estimate meeting through the final day of work, we were very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and hard work of all Mr. Handyman personnel. In order to accomplish the work we wanted done, the team had to support the porch roof and replace everything under it, including pouring new concrete footings. We were extremely pleased with their advice on, and selection of, the materials used to complete the job. Further, their estimate of cost and time required to complete the work was right on. Upon completion of the screened porch and new deck we are completely satisfied.

Pete arrived on time (he was actually a little early but called ahead to be sure he were home). He was courtesy, polite and friendly. He reviewed all the jobs we needed done, offered some options about a couple of them, purchased the supplies he needed and returned promptly. He completed the work efficiently, timely and left no mess in the areas where he worked. EXCELLENT WORK! I highly recommend and will be using their service again.

it went awsome the man the great he was fast polite know what he was doing . The tect got to my house in under 30 minutes and was done in maybe 30 minutes and he checked everything before leaving . I stuck there number on my frig and I will use them again becuase of there quickness and service
