The scope of work was to remove old gutters and repair and paint the fascis boards before were installed. Needed to done on a tight deadline and it was.

They arrived on time, did exactly what had been talked over and finished in a very timely manner.

Excellent work by technician Charles. However, there was a significant upcharge on the costs for materials and supplies. For example a $40.00 gallon of stain was billed for $60.00; a $5.00 board was billed for $10.00. When you get an estimate, just make sure you understand all of the costs before you engage this company.

The work was acceptable. However, the fellow would come, do a little, leave, come another day, leave. It took 6 separate visits for a 3 day job. I was lied to about the status of one of the projects. Twice he said he would come or call if he wasn't coming and neither called or came, so there is two more times I had to be at home. I had used Mr Handyman before very successfully, but this was a really bad experience. I will not use them again.

Richard, my technician arrived on-time, and performed excellent work on the both projects/repairs. He was friendly and professional through out the project, and kept me informed of his progress. The work was impeccable. I was a bit taken b the labor charge, but so be it if my doors could be restored to pristine condition.

Managed my project very well, good coordination of project and displayed interest through the entire time - birth to end.

He came out and reviewed my needs, he gave me a very reasonable quote and performed the work within the stated time. His work is beautiful, I am extremely pleased. He was very careful and clean, I will definitely recommend them and use their services again. A+++
