Excellent work for the price quoted.

Be careful, they require 50% of the cost upfront and in my case, after they completed their work, they charged the balance without asking me if work was done correctly. They skipped numerous items listed in their proposal which I had them correct. I am still not satisfied in that they refuse to respond to my numerous Emails requesting information regard their guarantee. It is obvious they( Mr. Handyman ) are not responsible for any defects and they do not guarantee their work. They " pass" it off to the people they hire to do the actual work. I would never use there services again and please warn your customers about the lack of guarantee by Mr. Handyman...... Regards

did fine work fast. installed safety bars in a tile shower and re caulked said shower. excellent job of cleaning up

The folks at Handyman Inc. was professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Did a great job on installing a walk-in shower. Brian and Zach was the best. Will use them again, and would highly recommend them.

On 3/9/18 their repairman came to my home and verified that what I told them was the problem. They charged me $169 for their confirmation. Although their representative told me they would show up to work, no repairs were made. Stating weather conditions, rain, I was told they would be back after the rain. Eleven days have gone by with maybe two days of rain. The job will only take approximately 3 hrs. Sealing a trim board, Scaping three small areas where water got behind and repaint. I have not yet got a confirmation of when they will conduct the job. This Friday it will be two weeks. If they do not conduct the job by that time I will cancel and work with them and get someone else to do the job. Summary: I do not find them ready to work as they stated.

excellent overall experience

this was a pretty big project 'to me' and didn't really know what to expect. I usually do all my projects myself; however, sometimes it's better to get outside help and forget the frustration.!!! my first contact was with Terry at the office and he walked me through the whole procedure and let me know how things would progress. set up an appointment time and had two workers (Andrew and Kevin) on the job and on time.! Andrew got the information on what I wanted done and he and Kevin dug right in. I periodically watched them to see what they were doing and they kept things running smoothly. Awesome manners, awesome business ethics, AND awesome work.!! sometimes, it is GOOD to let some one come in and handle the stress. this job probably would have taken ME two or three days and they had it done and all the mess cleaned up in one day. I talked to them about some other projects that I have on the back burner and it'll be no problem now. about cost - this is a project that I MIGHT could've done but at what price and what hassle.? this project came in at about what I had expected and was completed WAY faster than I could have done it.! AND the wife is happy.! MR. HANDYMAN - my go to guys.!!! Thanks - Andrew & Kevin.!!!

Our Mr. Handyman had multiple projects in our house: electrical, drywall repair, plumbing & caulking. All projects were done to perfection. He took great pride in his work and left our house spotless. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman if you're looking for any project in your home.

Had a water leak around a downstairs window. He diagnosed the problem as the upstairs window above the leaking window. He caulked the upstairs window, which solved the leak. Also came back the next week to use a hose on the upstairs window to be sure the problem was repaired No further problems.

The two techs did a great job in hanging our new cabinets. They came up with great ideas on how we could add trim as well as a few other great ideas. The price was a little up there as they were hourly on projects and not a set price. I'm not crazy about paying that way. I would rather have contractors work on our project using a set price.

Mr. Handyman was very professional from estimate to job completion. Very respectful to my elderly mother and the completed job looks beautiful. All the trash was removed and my yard was left spotless. Great company. I will be using these folks again. Thank you Mr. Handyman

Kevin was very professional. Had materials to do the job with him already. Called to see if he could come earlier, which was great. Office also called to see if it was okay to come early. He also gave me advice and pricing on other things I needed. Kevin was very customer oriented. Thanks.

Verbal quote over the phone was $165 - $370, bill was over $500 I know that this was just a verbal but....

They did an outstanding job removing a troublesome mailbox and installing a new one. The job came out very well, they were courteous and polite, and they charged exactly what they estimated would be the installation price. I can heartily recommend Handyman of West Knoxville.

They were good, very helpful but a little expensive.
