Pam and her crew were very good. Although, I wasn't the one that met the work crew, I was told they were fast and efficient. They were even able to help meet our crazy scheduling needs (We have a toddler that naps from about 11am-2pm, and in the evening we had birthday festivities planned). They met our needs. Everyone else contacted wanted to replace the entire window set for 1500+ and Mountain Glass figured out a way to replace just the glass pane. I had 4 fogged windows, 2 double hung and 2 casement. I had three quotes from three different vendors. Based on my impression of the estimator (who is the owner) and his professionalism and obvious knowledge I selected Mountain Glass after I received all the quotes. Theirs was the lowest by far. They quoted $596, and the next quote was $1,166. They ordered the glass and called to set an installation time within a week. We originally scheduled for 6/18/2013, but there was heavy rain and thunderstorms on that day and we changed to 6/20. The installers were here on time at 8:30 and were finished by 11:15. The quality of the work was excellent and I couldn't be happier. I would not hesitate to recommend Mountain Glass based on my experience.
