Their sub contractors were terrific but this company was not. They were not responsive at all, it took a week to get back to me if I had a question. They were very spotty when they would show up to do the work. I felt their handyman did not know what he was doing. I do not trust this company.

1st bathroom was cut too short. fiberglass shower only lasted 4 yrs on the second bathroom,started to crack. called mr. Moore he sent a man out the man said he could fix it.this is what i think happened the shower was installed upside down they had to take it out and redo the job. the floor was soft to stand in .All painting comas installed,installement of jaquizza was fine. the only complaint was the shower in master bath. on 2 bathroon cut to short,wall not put together neatly.like it was dry rotten,or water discoloration. camo,basin paint job ok. the wall was like cardboard. door cut too short. door did not match the baseboard. Lthis year May of 2014. LDW-TWGLA licensed contractor Larry Wright came in tore out bathroom fibertubs and redone the work it looks 100% better. he showed me the shower had no protector in floor. For four years I called Mr Bob Moore to repair. I called two to three times a week. I told mr moore my siding was removed from the back of my garage to replace where puttin in a window. upstairs. No one ever told me that the siding was removed. when I called Mr Moore I left messges. than one day he answered, told me to get bathfitters to do the work and he would help pay for the work, being he would get a better rate.

Contractor's agent was very friendly and helpful until the actual work started. The contractor took a $3300 deposit and after several weeks contacted us to "schedule" the job. We stated that if they did not begin immediately we wanted our deposit returned and would find another contractor. The work began in a couple of days. On the day the work began the contractor parked a large utility truck in our driveway. The problem was when the crew retired for the evening they left the truck in our driveway so we could get one care out of the garage. I tried to contact someone to no avail. Needless to say my husband had to drive me to work the next day. I finally got in contact with a representative and asked the truck be removed. He stated "no problem someone will be there shortly." Shortly turned out to be the next day! We had a number of issues regarding cleaning of the debris as no one apparently wanted to perform that role so we wound up picking up nails and debris left behind. I refuse to pay the remaining balance until the walk through was performed and the contractor threatened me. So to simply make these folks go away I reluctantly paid him. Three years later with the heavy summer rains we have no incurred additional damage to our laundry room (which was initially damaged hence the new roof). However, this time it is much more severe, now has mold, and involves an electrical outlet. I have tried for a month to reach this company to no avail. A lady named Sandy returned a call on July 26, 2013 and said she would have a contractor contact us and that was the last contact we have been able to make with this company. Bad experience from almost day one and now we are on for a battle. I have filed a complaint with our local Better Business Bureau only to find this company has 7 complaints...now 8. I do not recommend this company for any work. They do not follow through on their commitments. We will pursue them until this work is corrected then try to put this unfortunate and unprofessional experience behinds us.

Their price is fair. They did what they said that they were going to do.

They were very good. They quoted us $12,000 for the work on the roof and gutters, and we paid $6,000 down. They completed the work on the roof, and they didn't come back to do the gutters and have never contacted us about the balance. The roofing job was fantastic. They were in and out quickly. The project manager for that was outstanding. When I raised issues, she took care of them right away. Since we were leaving for a vacation, we really pushed for the roof to be done quickly and they did accommodate that. They didn't clean up all the roofing debris and nails. While I was getting scheduled and while they were doing the work, they were really good.
