You would never know there was a hole there! Aaron did a great job. The tub is 13 years old and he matched the white perfect! We would recommend them for anything!!

The technician who came was very professional, pleasant, and meticulous. I was very satisfied with the work. The timeline estimated was accurate and he explained the process thoroughly. There were no surprises or unexpected costs. the price was also very competitive compared to other companies I had called.

I've used them. As far as I know, Miracle Method was okay. Well, the person who did the work seemed to be very conscientious and tried very hard to do a good job. They worked for two days.

Everything went great!!!! I called the company owner & left a message. Even though she was out of town, she called me to talk about my project. After texting her a photo of the pink tub, she was able to give me a price & a date for the work. I really appreciate this kind of prompt & courteous service. Danny arrived on time on the appointed day & did everything he was supposed to do. The next day he came & buffed the tub. I can honestly say that my tub looks brand new & I'm very happy to have made this decision.

The tub, which had been refinished successfully once before, had to be stripped down to its original harvest gold finish after years of normal wear and tear. By the end of the first day, it was once again bright white. After the process was completed on the second day, it looked brand new. It was a pleasure to work with Donna.

The process took two days, 5 hours the first day and 3 hours the second. They did a professional job and took great care not to damage anything in the bathroom.

Absolutely amazing! We cannot believe what a HUGE difference this made! A few comments: Don't email, call. I tried emailing and going through the site and didn't have any luck, so I called and got a very nice person right away who scheduled me. The technician showed up on time, was very professional and even polished all of the old, beat up fixtures. Part of the process stinks. You just can't get away from it, but if you can open the windows and get all the fans going, it's not too too bad. Just know that going in, but it will be worth it and it's not harmless, just not great smelling. They didn't call me to reconfirm, they showed up when expected. So if you want to be doubly-sure they will show, give them a call. When I called it was two to three weeks for the appointment, so be prepared to wait a little bit for service. Overall a great experience, fantastic product and we can't be happier. Very professional and nice small, family owned business. We will be calling them again for another bathroom very soon!

I highly recommend this service. Every aspect was professional. They described the whole process with no surprises. The technician was punctual and the quality of work was outstanding. The bathtub looks brand new. We are going to have them return to refinish our other bathtub and wall tile.

Everything went fantastic! I honestly could not be more impressed with the look of the tubs (as good as brand new) or the tile reglazing job that was done on the tile. The technician was very friendly and accommodating.

The technician cleaned the tub/shower unit, filled all the cracks and holes, put the new white finish on it, then the final acrylic coating and put in a slip resistent surface on the bottom of the tub. The technician was very curteous, didn't waste time and did a wonderful job!

The first thing they do is clean everything, tile, floors, every bit of the bathrooms. Then a bonding agent and wonder of wonders the next time I looked, my bathtub which was in good condition, but PINK, was now white and glossy and beautiful. By the end of the three days my tile was a stony looking creamy white and the counter top and floor were a gorgeous gray. It truly looks and feels like stone. All sealed and amazing. The little blue bathroom had the same color walls and counter top but the floor was black. I had chosen these colors from their showroom. I was in awe. They are so great looking. The bathrooms look brand, spanking new. I still just stand there and look at them. Friends and family honestly thought they weren't the same bathrooms. When you recall these bathrooms were built in 1960 and the amounts I was quoted to tear out all the tile, including flooring and everything just to make them up to date, this was truly the only way to go. It cost a mere fraction of the thousands of dollars I was told and there wasn't the demolition and mess and lack of use of the bathrooms. This method is well worth doing. I intend doing my kitchen counters in the next month or so and I know they will look fantastic. You really can't go wrong with this company and the people are so sweet and friendly and helpful.

Excellent! I could not be more pleased with my new counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom and the tub looks like new. The tub was original to the house (1977). It was a dated blue color but now it looks like we had a new tub installed. The bathroom counter top and sink were faux marble but now are a beautiful textured white. Our kitchen counter tops now look brand new and give the entire kitchen a more beautiful and update appearance. They went the extra mile and applied paintable caulk in our kitchen because I had mentioned being unable to paint the caulk already there when I recently painted our kitchen yellow. They obviously did not have to do that! They give great attention to detail to all their work and are extremely professional. Do not hesitate to hire this company. I will be calling them again when I am ready to update our master bathroom.

I am running late on giving my reviews. By the time this was done football was in high gear and Christmas shopping had started. but.....evertime I look at my countertops I think I have not gave my review and I think how much I love my new countertops!!! Donna really did help me even sent me color chips in the mail so I would have plenty of time to pick what color to use. I was very happy and would use them for sure again. Great people!

I had someone come before and really made a mess. So I check with angies list and decided on Miracle Method to try and fix what had been done before. They were wonderful. Donna Tarpley really talked with me and answered all the questions I had. Aaron came and did the work on a Monday and came back on Wednesday to finish up. They had to match my color and that turned out really great. I am really happy with the work and the price. So happy that they are coming back in two weeks to do my kitchen countertops!!

A delightful experience. They were friendly, came on time, masked all areas before spraying, and the finished appearance is great. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

They weren't professional, they had problems with their truck, they failed to arrive as scheduled, because of some family emergencies or something. We had purchased a big deal for their services and this was the first time we used them. The fact that they had some logistical problems, and they were not able to come back to complete the job, and that was not good. They were nice people, and friendly. The stopper has never worked and it is my fault because I have not contacted them to sort it out.

It was so refreshing talking with someone who cared about the customer. They are a family business, very down to earth, and were always accommodating to my schedule. Aaron, the technician was very professional, prompt, kind, and knowledgeable about his work. The resurfacing job he did on our tub was truly a miracle! We use a well for our water, so the mineral build up on our tub was impossible to clean. Aaron created a new tub, and we are grateful for the fantastic job he did. I highly recommend Miracle Method and plan to use them again. Thanks to Angie's List, we chose the right company to do the work on our tub.

Would 100% recommend. We had just completed a renovation of our bathroom and the tub was the last item to be completed. The technician was prompt and professional. He skillfully reglazed the tub with no damage or impact to the newly renovated bathroom. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend this as an effective, inexpensive method to giving your porcelain tub a face-lift. The tub looks like new!
