+ -1 moreMike insisted that we pay in full up front. We signed a contract with him, and we wrote him a check that he cashed that same day. He said he would be back in three days to do the job. We never saw him again. On numerous occasions when I called him, he promised to do the job and gave me a new date and time. He never showed. On each phone call he had an excuse for why he hadn't shown up. Then in November he promised to send us back our money. We never heard from him again. He declared bankruptcy this week. We will never get our money back.
Description of Work: Mike was to finish out a new storm water drain and ditch that carries runoff from our gutters away from the house.
