 + -1 moreI have one person that has done all my work for years.They put units in for me, they sold us work, they done it all for me.I use them all of the time.It was not even a price, and they didn't even charge me for it.
Description of Work: Just came out and gave me some advice on a situation I was trying to resolve.

 + -1 moreI would have gone with them if I had not got $100 less from another vendor. However, they were really nice. The guy who came out was very honest. He was on time and took time to explain everything to me about what I would need. He was very cooperative in saying that he could get a different brand of what they normally install. He actually gave me a quote since I requested a Trane system and he said that he would do it. I would use their services in the future too.
Description of Work: I received an estimate from Metro Heating & Air Conditioning on 10th of June for replacing two and a half ton of HVAC system.

 + -1 moreThey came out right away. We've used them for quite a while. They done several jobs for us before and always a good job. They never try to push us to buy anything new, they just fix what we want repaired.
Description of Work: Metro came and patch a leak in our air conditioner because it wasn't cooling anymore. They also refilled the freon.

 + -1 moreMetro Heating & Air was able to get our new air conditioner in very quickly. They did not replace any duct work, but the new air conditioner works really well. The salesman at Metro Heating & Air was really nice and helped us pick the right unit for our home.

 + -1 moreEverything went extremely well when the guys from Metro came to my home. They surprisingly were in and out fairly quick. I did not think that nine hundred dollars was a lot of money to pay to have two new units installed. I would say that overall they are a good company to hire and I would be pleased to use them again.
Description of Work: Metro installed a heating and air conditioning system into my home.
