small appliance repair
+ -1 morePoorly. After 2 weeks, I called him to find out what was going on. He said that the supply house did not have the part and thought they did not make it anymore. I told him the dryer was between 3 & 4 years old. Surely they still make parts for a Maytag. He then said he would get with the manufacture. Another two weeks went by and I called him back. He was still waiting for the manufacture to call him back (likely story). I think he forgot about it. Why would a manufacture take so long. Now he calls today 4/5/2013, to tell me the part is over $350 and with tax and install it will be Over $500. I just think he just wants to not do the job now.
Description of Work: Dryer problem: took clothes along time to dry at times. He said a heating elements was bad. It appeared to work sometime and sometimes not. I paid for the service call and he was going to order part.

+ -1 moreTriple A Appliance Services did a wonderful job of repairing our washing machine. They fixed it on the first visit and explained the problem very well. The man who came also cleaned up all of his mess before he left.
Description of Work: Triple A Appliance Services repaired our washing machine that would fill up with water, but not do anything else.
