+ -1 moreMegan Stansbury is awesome and she was very aggressive with the whole negotiation which was very good. She was great, there were issues with the house but she got us a great deal. From the time we hired her to the time we closed, she got us a house within 37 days and even got us pre-approved with mortgage brokers and she was right there the entire time. We went out two different days looking at houses, the house we ended up buying was the last house we saw on the first day, but she wanted us to see other houses that she had just to make sure she was being thorough.
